Came upon recommendation of a neighbor after a disappointing experience with another vendor. So, not having had a manicure for decades, I made my deep dive into a tradition held dearly by others as absolutely essential for self care! Lovely, clean, professional, not chatty, not too aggressive with healthy cuticles or nail surfaces, and attentive! Now Cindy is a regular for me - as a 70+y.o. trying desperately to attend to self-care. Great place to begin as there’s peace there - no loud music, no offensive chattiness, no bleeding cuticles and no time wasted on waiting or wanting…Thank you, Naptown Nails!!!

I had a pedicure done here twice. Both times I was put with men who jabbed my toes and left a blood blister under my nail. Those blisters take a long time to grow out. I would suggest avoid this place.

I went to get my nails done today for my wedding and had a terrible experience. I made an appointment with a specific nail tech and upon arrival I was ignored and then told I was getting someone else. As I was getting my nails done the nail techs were singing the wedding song and laughing. It became even more uncomfortable when the owner turned to me and said we are not making fun of you. I have felt uncomfortable before going to this salon in the past and will definitely not return nor will I recommend them to my coworkers that live in the area.

I’ve been going to Naptown Nails for a few years now for my SNS nails and my pedicures. I have nothing but good things to say about Lee, Anna, Lynn, Cyndi and the rest of the crew. Always professional, friendly and fun! I always feel like family when I’m there!! 10/10 recommend 💅😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Made an appointment on the phone for a gel mani with a simple design. I arrive on time, show the picture and they freak out saying only one person can do designs and she’s booked weeks in advance. The design I wanted was simple, dots and squiggly lines. Acted like I was completely insane for this request. Won’t be back sorry

The facility is clean, modern and and spacious. The color selection is vast-SNS, gel and classic polish in every color you can imagine. Payment accepted in a myriad of methods makes checking out a breeze.

This wonderful little salon has such a fun and relaxing atmosphere, lovely and talented staff, and reasonable pricing. I love my absolutely gorgeous pedicure. Good hygiene, too: I appreciated that staff change the plastic lining between pedicure appointments so that you have completely fresh water for soaking your feet. This is my new favorite salon for pedicures!

Highly recommend this place!!! Very professional, clean, excellent service and exceptional work! I am from out of town and was in need of a nail fill. We are living on our sailboat and having work done at Bert Jabins. I was able to get an appointment with Eric. Eric did an amazing job. My nails look beautiful, just in time for the weekend and my one year wedding anniversary! Thank you so much and I will definitely come back when we are in the area again!! I been going to Naptown Nail for a year now and I never seen were they discriminate against anyone and yes I am a women of color. The young women who wrote the review about the business having an all white cliental is false. The lady in question, she did not come in she stuck her head in the door and ask if she could get someone to repair her nail the tech ask what did she have and she stated acrylic the tech said the only one that could repair the acrylic was Eric and he was busy at the time doing a pedicure

I have been going to Naptown Nails since they opened and I wouldn't go any place else. They do a terrific job and everyone is friendly. This salon does not discriminate and they service clients of all nationalities. I appreciate all they do to take care of me.

I have had great pedicure there on two occasions. Obviously there’s a difference and technicians that I should have remembered the name of the first, as the second was decidedly inferior. Overall good experience. UPDATE: After five or six visits, I was told I was no longer welcome. Apparently an older gentleman who simply wants to have his toenails cut is expected to pay $45 per month for the service. This I cannot afford and will look to find another place that will perform the service on a quarterly basis.

My mother came to this nail salon last Saturday. She received a pedicure and a full set. I was appalled when she told me how she had been treated. Her nail tech never asked her what services she wanted, and had been very rude when speaking to her. My mother also informed him she had to run to the car to get cash to TIP him. This is when he rudely told her, “no, no I have other customers.” I just don’t understand why she was treated like this after paying her hard earned money! A message to management please talk with your staff about customer service.

This all agent salon has an all white clientele. This is the second time that I have approached the salon to get my nails fixed and it’s told that they cannot service me the first time it was because they were closing soon now the second time around I am here to get my nail fixed and I’m tot only one person does acrylic nails and he’s unavailable even though she pointed to the person standing right in front of my face. This is not an establishment for Black people please be where of this establishment. If you earn your money and work hard for your money this is not the place to spend your money they only deal with a certain type of clientele and it ain’t black folks!!!

Very clean and sanitized. They do not reuse tools or nail files. They have plastic liners within the pedicure tubs. Feels very comforting to know they go the extra mile to make sure their customers health are made a high priority. Not to mention they are extremely kind and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend them number 1 in the Annapolis Area by far!! I also recommend the nail technicians Cindy and Lynn. They will take great care of you!

Loved this salon. Clean and doing an excellent job following COVID rules. Pretty surehis name was Steve that did my manicure, it is perfect. The woman who did my pedicure (Cindy?) did a wonderful job as well. Highly recommend. ( sorry I am horrible with names)

Tony is the best! So friendly and professional; does a beautiful job everytime with my acrylics. He is so meticulous and really pays attention to detail which has been hard for me to find in Annapolis. I appreciate everyone being careful with covid still, with hand sanitizer at the front and safety glass in between chairs.
