I met with NaRee in search of a stylist to maintain my short haircut. She was thoughtful in her questions and detailed in determining exactly what I was seeking. She is knowledgeable and definitely understands hair. While our needs don’t align, she was patient in helping me to identify stylists that might be an ideal fit. Her interaction was warm and relatable. I will certainly keep her info handy to refer others.

Just randomly cancelled my appointment TWICE. First time she did it, she didn’t even contact me to at least let me know why or that it was happening. I was just happening to check my junk mail on my phone and that’s when I found out. I had to call her and ask?? Mind you I scheduled 2+ weeks in advance and she could have told me then but she wanted to cancel two days before. Then 2nd time, She cancelled the day of without even calling me and us actually having a conversation, I was letting her know some concerns on MY end regarding taking my hair down (that I was definitely going to have fixed and finished before I showed up at the appointment which was HOURS PRIOR) and she wanted a photo of it but it was not in the best state for that at that moment. I mainly also wanted to know if I could pay for the fee if she helped me take some of my hair down (because she was the one who suggested that it was an additional fee which I didn’t mint paying for). I wasn’t expecting her to then send a text being like you’re not ready to get your hair done today. Appointment cancelled. Already from my interactions with her she will just cancel last minute (I called off work to do this two weeks ago). I’m glad we had those interactions though because now I know, maybe she’s great with other people but she was not great with me.

It was a hard decision to cut my hair but NaRee made sure I felt relaxed and comfortable as she chopped off my hair. She took her time to make sure that I leave her shop feeling beautiful, and that's exactly how I felt.

Carri did an outstanding job with color and cut. She and the stop owner, NaRee, and staff (India and Tanya) are professionals and personable. It's a great experience at the salon. And, I would be remiss if I didn't coment on the amazing Carri wash. It takes you away! Love it!! Debra

Today I came into Style Lounge and they were magnificent. Naree and Carri got me all the way together for my night out. I mean from styling my hair to beating my face. These women were everything you would want from a dream team. Everytime I need this face beat I'm there. They offer it all..... A must try. Thanks again ladies.

The owner is a true master stylist...short hair, extensions, color & more! I had the honor of the owner styling my hair for one of my biggest life events; my wedding. She did a consultantation. We tried various styles prior to the wedding. The day of she was there bright & early making sure I looked my very best for wedding.
