I will never go here.. I call this Friday and ask them how much for boho knotless she 220 than my little sister was there get her hair that friday night and ask again how much she said 220 and she ask how long but wen i go 2 get my hair done and she finish and i give her the 220 she gonna say no 320.. Thats my last time and i will not send nobody to them

I should her the picture of how I wanted my hair ,the pic on the left is what I wanted , the pic on the right is what she did and packed it with gel . I am so upset I do mind paying for Quality. This is not quality $150 was just wasted

Braids were very pretty and lasted a long time but they put something on my hair and my blonde turned green. 3 hours and done, probably going back just have to tell them not to put anything on my hair.

Overall Experience 4.5 Stars Cleanliness: Super clean and free of smells Customer Service: Teamwork makes the dreamwork! The power went out and instead of the other braiders doing their own thing (they had no heads) they jumped in and helped my Braider to the job done! Price: Reasonably priced for the style. I got half braided to the scalp and half box braids Ave it cost me $200. Professionalism: Good. My braider did stop a few times to FaceTime. But, the other braiders got her back on task and she was really nice. Style Satisfaction: They did AMAZING on my hair! I love it! I would definitely recommend them barring my warning below. Warning: The shop did not have air (even before the power went out due to high winds). There were about 4-5 fans going to help circulate the air but with it being well into the 90’s it just wasn't enough and ultimately kept me from giving 5 stars. My hairstyle took 4 hours and it was pretty warm the entire time. Something I wish I would have known ahead of time.

Worst place I've been to ,first when I arrived to get micro braids I showed her a picture of what I wanted she rudely motioned her hand and said yea I know you want micros, so 2 of them was on my head and braided different sizes, then they didn't braid pass my hair and put the knots on my hair so therefore you know I had a extra hard time saving my hair with the knots on it beyond disappointed. Not to mention they was done in a hour and a half

I went to this braiding shop for the first time to get Senegalese twist. My appointment was at 9:30 and they started on me at 9:30. These are the best braids I’ve ever had, very neat, very full, they are just perfect and I couldn’t be happier, I’ve been to several braiding shops in Memphis but this one is by far the best. The staff is friendly and the business is clean! I will definitely be going back!!!

Went in at 2pm for lower back length knotless braids I was done before 5pm So neat and pretty the staff is great also
