The only person I trust with my color…8 years’ running. I have super fine hair, and the good lord did not match my hair and my heart, so I needed to find someone that could take me to blonde without making me bald. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and has THE magic touch when it comes to balayage…she also sets realistic expectations and won’t just tell you what you want to hear just to make a quick buck. I also don’t like sitting still or spending hours in a salon (though I love Natalia’s company and I always have such a nice time chatting it up with her other clients) so it’s great to know, even with a full head of color, cut, blow & style, I will still be out in a couple hours. I recommend her to everyone I know :)

Natalia is amazing!! I was looking for a blonde specialist about 4 years ago and I’ve been seeing her since then. She’s very talented and gentle with your hair. She’s fast and always on time, she offers amazing customer service and the final result never disappoints. If you are looking to have the best blonde hair in Miami she’s your girl!

refused to see me because "i have curly hair and curly hair is not her specialty"... that is the most absurd thing I've heard a "licensed" hairstylist say.. I just wanted a hair trim.. My hair is always straightened anyways so i did not understand the issue. It's not like I wanted a wash; just a trim! It’s quite unprofessional because they either made an excuse or don't know what they are doing. The reviews for this place are all posted at the same time all at once and no new ones meaning they bought the reviews which makes sense after this interaction.

I live in Chicago and have no problem flying to Miami for Natalia! Her cuts are great and balayage is excellent. She's very professional and honest with her advice. I always have a very pleasant and fun time with her. It's also worth noting that street parking is always available.

I have always been very particular about who I let touch my hair, but I was blessed when I came across Natalia. I’ve been going to Natalia for several years now and since ‘Day 1’ she’s been nothing but honest when it comes to my hair goals. Natalia is a true artist! I first went to her recommended by a blogger and was given an apt that fit my schedule. She was able to give me the exact look that I wanted while still allowing her to give me her own touch of perfection. She’s professional and knows her stuff! I also love that she uses quality products and my hair has not had to suffer any damage! Recently went to see her during this pandemic, and she was very responsible in allowing 6 feet apart between her coworker and her clients and by wearing a mask. Her work area is clean and tidy. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Natalia for a few years now and she is definitely the hair whisperer! I’m a blonde, and for that reason I am extremely particular about whom touches my hair! Going blonde/being blonde can be harsh on your hair, it can be damaging, and it is tough to get as well as keep the shade of blonde you desire. Not only has she been able to achieve the color I wanted, my hair has never been healthier! She will always be truthful about what she or isn’t able to do with your hair & the time frame it will take to achieve what you want. Also, spending the day in her chair is always a great time... she is kind, polite, honest, funny, a great listener, nonjudgmental & truly cares about people. She is as genuine as genuine comes and I very much appreciate her!

I have been going to Natalia a little bit over a year and she is wonderful at what she does! I trust her completely with my hair. She will be honest as well with you when it comes to colors and cut that won’t work. You can tell she really knows her stuff and is the sweetest. I have been going to Natalia for the past 5 years and we have done all kinds of looks and techniques such as Foilyage, Airtouch and highlights. I am her Los Angels client and have traveled to Miami to get my hair done because I only trust her. She recently did a color correction on my mother as her hair was ruined in Spain. I just love Natalia. I am her Los Angeles client and I am so excited she is opening her own studio here soon in Beverly Hills!!! I can't say enough great things about her. What I like that she actually listens and gives you what you like but most importantly suggests whatever will look the best on you! I love Natalia’s work! I recently got my hair done by her in LA and her work is impecable. I love that she uses Olaplex on the hair and she doesn’t try to convince you to do unnecessary add-ons like in most salons. I recommend you bring pictures to show her your desired look. She’s very honest. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my hair. 100% recommend her for balayage/ foliage.

I’ve been going to Natalia since 2016, and she delivers every single time. Seriously, lifting and toning blonde hair is legit like a science and she manages to give me seamlessly blended balayage highlights every time. She’s a master when it comes to the color wheel and she always gives me the ash tone blonde hair I’ve been donning on for the last three years. Before Natalia, I used to struggle with many stylists giving me brassy blonde tones and unflattering orange-y base colors. The first time I went to Natalia with grown out roots showing my natural color, she told me that I didn’t even need a base color added at all which actually blew me away because of how many stylist used to convince me otherwise. She was able to give me my dream icy blonde toned hair and she knew exactly how with my hair type. I’ve recommended her to everyone I know, especially when they to go blonde, because she’s 100% trustworthy, super easy to speak to and has that celebrity stylist skill that we all look for! Natalia Earle is truly the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. I first went to her 4 years ago to fix my brassy orangey hair. It was pretty bad. Within three session, I had beautiful cool blonde platinum hair that was strong, healthy and had shine to it. When I moved from Miami to San Diego, I struggled to find a talented hairstylist like Natalia. My hair is naturally really dark, frizzy and unruly and I’ve gone to several hairstylists in San Diego to end up back to that brassy orangey tone, but worse, because my hair endured lots of breakage in the process. It was such a struggle to find another hairstylist like Natalia in San Diego, that I decided to contact her and travel anywhere she was based out of to get my hair done and I’m so glad I did because my hair is now once again beautifully platinum blonde that’s healthy. She also cut my hair where I still had the length I desired but make the breakage (which was really really bad) blended in like I purposely added layers in my hair. I’m grateful to have Natalia as my hairstylist and that I can finally have the gorgeous hair I’m made to have. I know there are a lot of hairstylists in the world, but Natalia’s talent is above average. If this was basketball, she would be more like LeBron James while others are average.

Natalia is an absolute gem! She constantly attends trainings and is always up to date on new hair techniques--very cutting edge. Her balayage technique is so on point I only visit twice a year for color!! I have had some horrible experiences with stylists that left me highly skeptical and weary. I am so impressed by her talent I would literally travel to see her! Lastly, I just adore her heart. Natalia spends a considerable amount of time giving back to the community. She is so busy working as a bicoastal stylist, but always carves out time to visit local hospitals. She donates her talents pampering patients and families who live in the hospital as they battle illness. While this has nothing to do with her skills as a stylist, I like knowing the businesses I support give back. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Highly, highly recommend!! ♥️

Natalia is incredible. I've been going to Natalia for 5 years now. My hair type is straight, thin (but a lot of hair), and I'm naturally dark but I've been getting bright blonde icy highlights since high school. I remember when I first came to Miami and knew no one, and was scared of paying astronomical prices for subpar service. My hair type is not common down here. When I first moved here, I tried another studio and my hair came out horrible. It looked like it hadn't been highlighted. I came to Natalia to fix it and she's been in my life ever since. Literally every visit is a joy, especially now that she relocated to her own studio space with her best friends in the Phoenix salon. I normally get a partial highlight + cut except for once a year when I get a full. She works diligently, but does not rush. The attention to detail she places on every head of hair doesn't go ignored. She also uses these cool mesh pieces to highlight hair (instead of the aluminum foils) which I think shows how knowledgeable and experienced she really is (I had never had these before her). She's the only person I know who does this new technique called "Airtouch" which is a type of coloring that is supposed to extremely natural with no lines and last 6-8 months. Plus, she's expanding her services to LA and NYC. In addition, she volunteers at/fundraises for Holtz Chidren's Hospital in her free time. She really is a superstar. Unfortunately I have to move in a few short weeks. However, because my new place of residence won't have anyone nearly as capable as Natalia, I will be returning to Miami to get my hair done. I'm going to convert to Airtouch so I can spread out my visits, while still getting the best of the best service. TLDR; Natalia is an amazing hairstylist, artist, entrepreneur, and human being. So glad I found her and that I can now call her my friend.

Natalia was recommended to me by a close friend to fix a botched dye job I suffered at another salon I foolishly tried on a whim. To my horror, months of highlights had become a solid dark mass of drab color that was my hair- and all to cover some grey roots! When I walked into Natalia’s salon a few days later, she took a look at my color and devised a plan to bring back my poor highlights. Needless to say, this woman is an artist and master of balayage. Not only did Natalia save my hair, she added layers of texture and shades of light brown I’ve not been able to achieve at other salons over the years. Aside from her obvious talent and knowledge of hair chemistry, she is gracefully humble with a beautiful spirit, so it is always a treat to visit with her and her amazing team. Natalia is a true gem and honestly the only stylist you will ever need.

Found Natalia through a friend- and I won’t look back ! Amazing cut, color, and style. I am usually hesitant to switch up my hair person but mine has just stopped so I needed someone new. I would follow Natalia straight into hell. She's THAT good. And if you're a blonde, you should too! I'm one of her blonde clients. She is the only stylist I have found in Miami that understands the unique challenges of getting blonde "right". My hair loves her. It was broken, abused, and treated badly by a long string of other stylists who either didn't understand how to handle blonde hair, or were just too lazy to put in the effort. Natalia loves what she does, and that is obvious after spending mere minutes talking to her. She's always on top of the latest in hair trends and the technology they require, and she's always pursuing additional knowledge, training, and mastery to ensure she's the very best at what she does. The sky is the limit for her, if not more. I echo what another reviewer said.....Cream rises to the top, and I only hope if the day comes that Natalia moves on to bigger and better, she will always remember her Miami clientele, and save us from brassy, burnt hair. Natalia has been doing my hair for over 2 years. She was highly recommended by my friend/co-worker Brittany whose hair is amazing! Natalia is a true professional. She understands hair and is an expert at cutting it to look beautiful not only when you leave the salon, but also so that weeks & months later it continues to look perfectly styled and healthy when it grows out. After a couple years of just haircuts, I started coloring my hair with her. She takes the time to listen to her clients to understand what they're looking for, gives feedback and great suggestions, and always creates a color I'm in love with. She also uses top-notch products that feel & smell great! To top it all off, not only does she have expert-level skills, but she is a total pleasure to spend time with. Nobody colors my hair better than Natalia, and I’ve been to so many stylists in Miami. She saved my hair when it was ruined in another salon by turning my hair from burnt yellow into champagne blonde color. Even though I live far away from her salon now and sometimes go to color my hair in the salons closer to me, I always end up going to see Natalia in the end because she is only one who can truly transform my hair into a beautiful blonde!
