Amazing experience. Came here for a couples massage. Once we entered they were already waiting for us and greeted us with champagne and treats!!! The massages were amazing, helped us release so much tension and they really took their time. Will definitely be back for more!!!!!! Best massages in Miami. Also, beautiful facilities.

El serum fountain of youth no es solo el producto sino lo que te hace sentir cuando lo aplicas. Esa una mezcla de hidratación que tanto necesita tu piel y esa calma que te provoca su textura y olor. Me ha encantado!!

I booked a facial and massage for my friend’s birthday and I was so pleased with everything. We didn’t even get to sit in the adorable waiting area because within a minute of walking in, we were greeted and put in our room. They offered us water and wine. I can’t give a wine review because we decided on just water lol. My massage and facial were with Soraida (I hope I’m spelling it right) and I LOVED the way she massaged my upper back and neck. I have rheumatoid arthritis and get a lot of inflammation and discomfort in that area and I honestly feel so relaxed even hours later. While doing the facial, she would ask if I was experiencing any discomfort from the products and she gave me great advice on what acids to use for my chin acne and for the overall health of my skin. My friend and I left there glowing!

Entrar en el Spa es como hacerlo en un oasis de paz y tranquilidad. Música y luz suave; te hablan con tranquilidad, transmitiendo a la vez energía positiva. Hoy he estado como cliente misterioso o mistery shoping para comprobar el servicio ofrecido y me han dejado gratamente sorprendido. Todas y cada una de las personas que trabajan en el spa se vuelvan en atenciones que si vienes como yo de España pueden llamar la atención de lo poco que se prodigan. Muy profesionales, respondieron a mis inquietudes sin dudar ni un segundo, alargando la explicación con muchos más datos. Todo un lujo. Para mí, lo mejor son los masajes; me dejan como nuevo y siempre saben donde tocar para descontracturarte. Si creías que estabas bien, sales mejor. Y se nota. Cuenta con una sauna, peluquería y otros varios servicios que es mejor descubrir porque no los vas a encontrar otro sitio. Mi enhorabuena a Natalia y a su gran equipo de trabajo. En definitiva, muy recomendable.

I am super disappointed with the place. I made a reservation for a couple massage for Mother's Day for my mom. After they had us waiting for 30 minutes, they told me that they didn't know anything about the appointment and that they didn't have availability for another hour or so. I even showed up the email with the confirmation . It's disrespectful. They are totally uncoordinated. I will never come to this place again and I do not advise nobody to visit them.

I felt like a queen, pampered, special, we all need this! The world is very toxic right now. Get away, and have Nara give you a detoxification and relaxation massage. She uses all natural holistic techniques that are refreshing and very effective. I will make this part of my monthly rituals for sure.

I had a friend gift me a gift certificate to this spa for my birthday(the best gift ever!!, consider one for your family member or friend as a gift). This was my first time at this spa and I had such an amazing experience from the minute I contacted the spa to the minute I left. The location is gorgeous, the aromatherapy relaxes you from the door. I had a massage session with SHANINA who is so so sweet, amazing at what she does and so polite & considerate. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back soon and look forward to my next appointment. I am recommending the spa to all my friends.

I had a wonderful French manicure done for my visit. I’m glad I was lucky enough to get in with a walk in appointment and they did not hesitate to serve me. They keep their instruments sanitized and well kept which was one of my favorite parts. I wish I could remember the name of my mani pedi technician but my session didn’t hurt and my nails look pristine! They have a beautiful and spacious area and tranquil vibes! Will definitely be visiting again 💯

Mi esposo me regaló un paquete que incluía manicure, pedicure, facial y masaje. Desde que llegas te reciben con un gran saludo. Todo estuvo excelente, especialmente el facial y el masaje. Tengo 8 meses de embarazo y necesitaba mucho relajarme. Todas las chicas que me atendieron fueron excelentes. Definitivamente ganaron a una clienta. Muchas gracias por haberme hecho sentir tan bien.

Terrible experience, my therapist tried to put music on YouTube several times and ads came, and she was frustrated and complaining, while giving me a very poor quality massage, for moments, I wanted the massage to be over. When she asked how the massage was, I nicely told her that I didn't enjoy it and explained to her that if she didn't want ads in YouTube, a subscription has to be paid, and to keep that into consideration for future clients, that we pay to relax and not to listen the therapist complaining. The person charging for the massage was more interested in taking the credit card out of my hand than from knowing what happened and didn't offer any compensation or discount. I really don't like to write bad reviews, but I had high expectations with this place given all the 5 star reviews and this was very disappointing. Definitely won't recommend nor come back.

I don’t have much patience to be laying in bed with someone squeezing me. However, I gave it a try and I really liked it! The environment is very welcoming plus the massage I did felt so good and needed! After the massage I did a Reiki session and it were the best 2 hours I spent and I did not think I had the patience for! I felt great!

La primera vez que fui a este salón fue por casualidad, había ido a unik y no tenían cita y caminando encontré este salón, ahora se a convertido en mi lugar favorito de waxing, bastante amplio suficiente distanciamiento social y lo que me encanta es que limpian ente cliente y cliente y desinfectan, una grata sorpresa encontrar este lugar donde usan el hard wax, la esteticista bastante amable, muy profesional , la verdad no la cambio 👍👍👍nice place!
