Update: she’s not using keratin. She’s using SULFUR BASED RELAXERS THAT PERMANENTLY DAMAGE HAIR. Her license should be revoked. Do not go to this salon. —- My mom isn’t really the hair salon type. She’s not into big groups of people and she’s had some bad experiences with other salons that left a bad taste in her mouth. Unfortunately, she also has very thick, very dry and frizzy hair, and after months of waiting , she finally decided to ‘get it over with’. I highly suggest this place. Small business doing great works and for the miracle hair treatment (an add-on at an amazing price!). It was well-worth it. Her hair looks like it has never looked before. It’s shiny and straight with little to no fly-aways. I couldn’t believe it when she walked out of the salon! I highly suggest this place. Bad salon. DO NOT recommend! I went in for a simple root touch up. I have brown roots and platinum hair and I specifically warned them to pay attention and not get any brown in my blonde. And sure enough they ruined my blonde. Dark brown everywhere!

Amazing experience! Nataly is absolutely amazing at her job! She’s the only one I trust with my daughter’s hair! I’ve also done my hair, nails and pedicure with her as well and I love the results every time! Will definitely be coming back and recommending.

Henry is a hair color expert! I came in with dark reddish hair wanting a light ash brown and I am so happy with the results! Great haircut relaxing wonderful experience. 10/10

Just had my mani/pedi done by Lia. She was fabulous and meticulous. Very sweet too. Met the owner Nataly, also very professional and nice. In fact, their entire staff is helpful and pleasant. No drama, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I’ll be back.

1st time at this salon and I was so pleased to be greeted with kind service and excellent results. I had been with the same stylist for years and was nervous to switch. However distance was a huge factor. I took a chance on this salon with great reviews. I am glad I did. I did a full head of highlights and loved the detail and devotion given to my hair. It came out beautifully. Nataly and her salon are a gem in Palmetto Bay.

Absolutely the best place. Service is great. People, all of them, are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable of their business. My nail tech, Leidy Laura is sweet and great and Nataly, the owner, couldn't be any better. She makes one feel welcome and really appreciated. Thanks Nataly.

The owner is reasonable when we spoke about a bad experience I had two weeks ago. When I go in this morning to receive my refund for it, an employee starts asking me if I had to call rescue or of my toes got infected for the refund. Totally uncalled for...needs to learn customer etiquette!

Great Salon! Very knowledgeable of products! Nataly is a great listener and gives you exactly what you want and if she can’t she will recommend something even better to match with your request without damaging your hair! My toddlers love getting there hair done with her! I recommend this place! ❤️
