If I could give no stars I would waste of time false advertising they can not do feed ins they are beginners ..beware the lady waste my time and my hair by the way..after 3 braids it just didn't feel right so after looking in the mirror it look like my 6 yr old neice did my hair..I could do my own hair better I took it down immediately..wish I would have took pics..go here at your own risk🙅🏿♀️🙅🏿♀️🙅🏿♀️

Perfect Customer service, love my hair so much. Nathalie is the only person that I allow to braid hair very fast and clean work.

SCAMMERS!!! They do good hair/locs but the bottom line is business is somewhat slow for them so they resort to ATM scam inside their shop to compensate. Bring cash DO NOT USE THEIR ATM MACHINE... I pulled out $40 cuz I was short however when I got my receipt it was BLANK!!! 🚩🚩🚩 ⏩ 2 weeks later an unknown out of the blue charge from Amazon Music of $150 was posted to my account.

The ladies in the shop were really nice and respectful. However, I asked for medium sengalese twists but once they were finished the braids were clearly small. Therefore, there were so many braids in my hair it felt like I had a 10 lb weight on my head. The braids were neat, I will give them that. However, a week later all the braids in the back of my head and around my edges starting sliding off. It's been 2 weeks and I've lost about 30 braids. The most secure braids are in the middle of my head. All the front and edge braids are hanging on by a thread. Although the ladies were pleasant, I don't think I will go to this shop again.

Very reasonable prices. Mediocre work. The few times that I did have to go back to have them fix something, they did, no additional charge. If their prices were not as reasonable, I wouldn't have been a repeat customer. My Mom and my hair day 2.
