I went here for the first time had a hard time finding a nail salon & a good tech out here especially when I hurt my finger & nail 2 years ago & have not done my nails in 2 years. I got my acrylic nails off, decided dip powered nails is a way to go for my natural nails & did a Valentine’s Day theme nails. They came out really beautiful. i think it was Nick who did them i am so in love them & will be back again next month. The only problem is when my pinky nail was filed on the side to shape them square, I think its over filed or something because where the nail bed & nail is it kinda hurts had to put ointment on it when I got home other then that loved it here

DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment with Lyn yesterday at 2:00 for today. I get there and of course she is not on time. I waited patiently . I finAlly got in her chair and showed her the color that I wanted from the book. She told me that the color in the book would not show up the way it looks in the book. I find that problematic. If the nail polish is not going to look like the color in the book then don’t advertise it. I told her that I can choose another color. Then she tells me that she is going to leave me to do someone else’s eyebrows. . I told her that if I have an appointment at 2p.m., I expect that she would work on me and schedule her appointments according. She started speaking her language (talking shit I’m sure). She went back and forth with me as if I was in the wrong for saying anything to her. If she had any care for her clients. She would have simply said I apologize, I double booked. Would you mind waiting a little bit. But instead she comes off as if I’m the problem for speaking up. I’m tired of tip toeing around these nail techs, acting like we don’t have the right for decent service. It’s ridiculous. Then she said she doesn’t want to do my nails . I have an event tonight and this was very inconvenient. If you want to spend your money on rude service, then go here. Nail places are a dime a dozen. Having a good attitude is important. Of course I found another shop. Thats easy! . Don’t go here!!!!

I’ve been going here regularly for almost 2 years and Lynn is an absolutely gem! She always listens to what I want and does a great job with my nails. I suggest her if you head over to Natomas Nails!

sometimes its a hit or miss but dont get here if you want a relaxing experience imo im not trying to be rude but the guy who did my nails was rushing so bad even though the place was empty:( and i came for my birthday nails and its pretty pricey which is fine but atleast dont rush or pretend to and for the price they dont even prep the nails or anything so yea id recommend going to a real nail tech

I LOVE this place! These are just 2 of the many sets I have gotten here. Staff is always professional and welcoming and the atmosphere is loving and comfortable. They take their time, pay close attention to detail, and the sets last (I’ve gone 3-4 weeks between fills with no issues). The owner also makes the most amazing candles that are well worth the few extra dollars added to your visit. I definitely found my place 🫶🏻✨

I walked in without calling ahead, and was still seen immediately. My nail tech was super careful and detail-oriented with my nails. I changed my mind about how I wanted them done after we started, and she was very patient and nice about it. Everyone was very friendly. I always run cold, and my nail tech turned a little space heater on for me, which was so sweet. This place is very clean, despite what some of the reviews are saying. It is a bit cluttered from how many people and products are in such a small space, but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. Prices were also very reasonable, especially for California.

I absolutely hated my experience here . The vibe was completely off. Management was super unprofessional , one of the ladys was cussing infront of everybody . They are severely overpriced especially for the work they give . One of the lady’s even told the young lady doing my nails not to show me her social media because she doesn’t allow it because “it’s not fair to other workers “, “I don’t want you to be requested by people so everyone can work”I personally thought , that was super ignorant especially for a time like ours where social media is a main source of clientele. & also didn’t make sense to me because if someone did my nails good I’m always going to request that person and I don’t find that much different.But like I said the vibe was completely off and they were not professional.

Miranda has been doing my nails for sometime now. She is amazing! She really takes pride in her work. She is amazing with designs and I have always been impressed with how she treats each of her customers like family. I always get compliments when I leave her shop!! Her other technicians are also talented.

I went in for a pedicure and a manicure, and it was done very sloppy. I told them I didn't want them anymore because of how bad it was. Still got charged for nothing done. Horrible service.and they are very overwhelming and they change you for a half bottle of water and it is very small and tight and hot and the holy time that I was there they just spoke in their language

This was the worst powder dip, fill, junk I have ever had!! I’m so mad- he didn’t even file down the old set-, they were yellow and so thick. The lady that owns the place tried telling me it was supposed to be like that. They are very friendly but not very clean and it was the worst set of nails I’ve ever had in 25 years . I would not return, unless the owner apologized and fixed this tasteless cheap set.

This is not a place to go to if you care about the cleanliness and care of your nails and toes. They don’t even care about their loyal customers, so just imagine how they’ll treat you! I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years and nothing has changed but the prices. They raise their prices every few months and always expecting a tip. They don’t clean and sanitize how they claim to. I literally had to request for them to sanitize the massage chair and the tools before getting a pedicure. They’ll get a little attitude when you do. Just find somewhere better to go…trust me. And of course the owners negative response to these reviews should make it easier for you to decide. Btw, a color change (gel) is almost $40!! RIDICULOUS! I could’ve just gotten a whole pedicure for that price.

I made an appointment for 11:30, asked about price etc. The person on the phone asked if I was coming and I said yes and gave her my name. I arrived at appt time and first one person asked if I needed help, I said I had an appointment for nails. There was no place to sit so I was looking at the polishes and things, then 5 minutes later another person asked me to come over, so I did. She then informed me that she spoke to me on the phone and I sounded hesitant, I said I told you 3 times I would be there and gave you my name. She said well I didn’t think you would show so we took 3 walk ins and they will be before you. She was very rude and said I could wait if I wanted but they would be before me. I was pretty shocked, walked around and went out to my car. I was thinking the place looked dirty anyway and decided to call another salon. They said come on over, 5 minutes away. So I did. The place was clean, the people were friendly, had me sit in a comfortable chair while I waited for the tech to finish her client. The person who did my nails was Chloe… After chatting and showing pictures to each other she recognized my niece and my daughter. She did an excellent job and I am now a client. The Salon is Top Coat in Natomas… I couldn’t be happier with the friendliness and the excellent service! I will Never go back to Natomas Nails, and my 3 members of my family will not either. Plus the people they know… By the way, I’ve been doing Chemotherapy for a year this time, and yes I talk slower at times due to Chemo brain. I guess that’s what she judged on the phone. So sad… But I’m happy

Nails crooked, thick, uneven. Lady super rude, took super long to start because she was eating in front of me, she could’ve just said she was on break instead of sitting me down n eating in front of me. It’s super over priced and not worth it.

Came in for my nails done in the evening and they are very accommodating. Nails techs are very good in what they do. I will definitely be back and I am happy with my nails.

They do not accept credit cards and don't tell you that. They have signs posted inside. If you do not have cash or ATM don't go

After seeing the reviews, I thought I’d give this place a try. My nail technician was very nice and very gentle and did a fine job with my simple solid color gel. Unfortunately, the technician and customer near us were swearing every other word during their loud conversation. Very unprofessional. Reviews said the salon had a lovely atmosphere. But it wasn’t much different from other salons I’ve tried. I might return; I might not.

This nail salon is incredible. I had my nails and feet done, and all the results were fantastic. My gel nails and toes were of top-notch quality. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to visit again.
