I just had the best experience with Kitty at this salon. I called and asked for a consultation. She told me to stop by. I was there within 30 mins. She paused from her client for a moment to consult with me. I wanted to know why my twa was not growing. In 2-3 mins she gave me a wealth of knowledge. I would have gladly paid for the consultation, but there was no indication that she wanted anything other than to be helpful. I was very touched and appreciative. She gave me her card. I’d love to use her services in the near future. The review is the least I could do. There are still good people who aren’t just out to take your money.

Small but efficient. Clean. I went in to get my hair cut and styled. Ms. Clara was my stylist. While she seems to be a lovely woman; she did not cut my hair as I had asked. I asked her more than once not to cut it too short. Of course, she did. I stopped her in the process before she could cut it any shorter and apologized and said that she wouldn't cut anymore. Ugh!!!! Unfortunately she did!!!! When I looked in the mirror I was devastated!!!!! The style was fine but my hair was gone. I just smiled politely; knowing there was nothing that could be done at that point. I paid her and thanked her for her time. I just wanted to cry!!!! I left knowing that I would never return!!! A few days later my son went to have his hair done by the owner herself. It was a disater!!!! Not only did she not show up (after receiving full payment) but when she did show up the next day she arrived four hours late!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!! She didn't even offer him a discount for all that she had put him through!!!!! I believe she completely took advantage of him!!!!! I doubt that she would accept the treatment if it were her. So, this has been our experiences with this shop. And, needless to say I absolutely, positively, unapologetically do not recommend this hair salon to anyone!!!

Just left this shop!!! I am so pleased with the job that Kitty did on my hair!!! I have always been particular about who does my hair. She and the other ladies made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I will be returning and recommending this salon.
