I had the most amazing facial experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The ambiance was serene and relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a peaceful environment. Vivi- the esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin’s needs. The products used felt luxurious, and the entire process was soothing yet rejuvenating. My skin has never felt this soft, radiant, and hydrated. I also appreciated the helpful skincare tips I was given at the end.

I got the hydrofacial from Serena, and it was amazing! She uses hands on treatment methods with extraction, and it was such a pleasant experience. Also the spray tan is my new thing, love it! Couldn't recommend this place more!!

I started getting Brazilian waxed this year and was very nervous to do it, but Yazmin made me feel super comfortable. She holds good conversation, so getting waxed is never awkward and she explains step by step of what she is doing. I also have been going to her for my eyebrows and upper lip. Yazmin is very knowledgeable and I always leave looking and feeling my absolute best. Thank you, Yazmin!

If you’re looking for a place to get waxed you should definitely check out Natura spa in Carmel Mountain. The girls at the front desk greet you and are very friendly. All the staff is very professional and made my first time wax very easy and made me feel very comfortable. Any aesthetician you book with will get you right ! ☺️

I’ve been going here for the past four years and have never had a bad experience! All the staff are amazing and special shoutout to Gleiza. She has been the main person I’ve been going to and she is professional, sweet, and literally the best at what she does. Unfortunately I’m moved out of the area but again everyone is super nice and knows what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend!

Viviane is the absolute best! I have been to almost every esthetician here and although they are all good… Viviane goes above and beyond. She is thorough and gentle and does both waxes for a Brazilian! I am now dedicated to her only! Highly, highly recommend!

I love coming here, it’s been a little over a year since I’ve been here because of pregnancy and medical complications, but it was as if I never stopped coming. I was scared to get a Brazilian after so long but Viviane was super nice and helpful! Great service!!

I had the best facial with Emily last week! It was very relaxing and my skin has never been so clear! I had the classic European facial and asked to focus on extractions. She did such a good job and I loved the calming mask she put on at the end. The spa has such a welcoming vibe! I will definitely be coming back for maybe a pumpkin peel or micro dermabrasion.

This was my first time at Natura Spa. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of getting a facial done by Gleiza. She was very professional, personable and attentive. This was the best facial I’ve had and I highly recommend her. Gleiza definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!!

Where to start. When I make a booking for an establishment based on their advertised services, I expect when I arrive to receive said service. As in, Natura states they do sugaring I don't expect them to actually use other products/wax and only want to use sugar on a small part of the body. Oh, and I am only told that theyre about to use other products because I asked not because they disclosed this information. I saw the multiple wax pots and asked about the sugar, to be told they only use sugar on the "lips" and regular wax everywhere else. Now mind you im already undressed and about to start, so I couldn't go anywhere. I asked them to only use sugaring for my service, and the lady who was waxing me was irked by my request. Not only that, she did not speak to me the entire time. It was awkward and silent. She was frustrated that I only wanted sugar, and kept asking me if she could use the other wax. All while rushing the waxing process and leaving behind TONS of hair. I had to ask her to redo some parts 3 times and it was patchy and bad. She told me she couldn't get all the hair if I only use sugar but the issue wasn't the product. It was her inexperience and her speedy work that left me with hairy patches everywhere. I was unfortunately unimpressed and for the price, I expected a better service. I have been sugaring for over 10 years and this was just not it. I wouldnt come back.

I should start off by saying i don't leave bad reviews but this one was too much.. The second time I ever went, I got stuck with a lady who 1. Asked me what my race was which is usually fine, and 2. when she found out I was mixed, told me "everyone's a mutt nowadays". When I told her thats weird wording, she doubled down on the racism and said "I cant keep up with what words mean now" I was truly dumbfounded. I didnt make a scene and left to the front office where I asked for another waxer for next time, signed up for a membership, and broke down into tears. I added the 2 stars since they are good waxers. When I had time to sit on it, I realized I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable going back whether it was for another waxer or not. So I called to get my next appointment cancelled and when I did they told me to email them to get my membership cancelled. I did, and I guess it was the wrong email. I got charged twice after that. I called them this morning, and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me "well didn't you say you would go to another waxer" instead of handling any responsibility and trying to help me feel less uncomfortable for her own waxer being a racist. She RELUCTANTLY said I should forward her evidence of me attempting to email them (?) And would call me if they could give me a refund lol. They will not be giving me a refund, this is ridiculous.

I am so glad I found Natura when I moved to San Diego from the east coast five years ago. Vivian is very professional and knowledgeable about all services.
