10/10 experience every time we visit. I see Stevie and my husband sees Bailey. Both are warm, intentional, and highly skilled. The environment inside the salon is very peaceful - I always leave feeling refreshed. Can’t recommend enough!

10/10 positive experience, always! I feel truly pampered at my appointments. It’s such a welcoming environment that is so calming to my senses. My hair results are consistently fantastic. If anything, my hair is looking even better all the time because Korey is becoming more familiar with my hair’s characteristics. Also, Korey has given me great advice for how to manage my hair and even showed me great techniques for cleaning my brushes at home. She really cares! I can tell this is a great team. I feel so lucky that I started going to Natural Alternatives during this particular era.

I always leave Natural Alternatives feeling relaxed and refreshed, and today was no different. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time experiencing the infrared mat- what a treat it was, during this especially busy time of year, to be able to take a moment for some self-care. I highly recommend that everyone do the same for themselves with their service of choice!

Not generally the biggest fan of haircuts, but Natural Alternatives always makes it as painless (and even enjoyable) as possible. Stevie is a true pro - hospitable, patient, and left me looking way better than when I walked in...thanks so much and see you in around 6 weeks!

I always go to Ally for my brows and she does the best job! She’s super efficient at waxing and always shapes them up perfectly. She also does the best facials ever and makes sure it’s a relaxing experience. Highly recommend her as your esthetician!

Samantha (sammie) is an artist with my lashes!! She takes her time with the lash extensions and really knows everything about them. If you are thinking about getting lashes go see her! You will not be disappointed!

Womp womp on their pedicures for sure! First off, let me say Allie, the waxer, is efficient and great (I've worked with her too) but my pedicure with another girl before vacation a few weeks ago was so disappointing! I came in the day before leaving for my beach vacation. I had a wax beforehand (as noted, Allie did awesome) and we finished early - always good for a wax which is painful, not good on something like a pedi which is supposed to be spa like. I asked if I could get an earlier appointment for the pedi. I was told I could get an 11:15 appointment instead of 11:30. I left and came back about 11:10. I ended up waiting until 11:30 for my appointment anyway. Didn't get in early after all so I came back early for nothing. When I came in I told her I didn't like any of the colors. She just kinda sat there. Didn't say anything. I repeated myself a couple times. I said I like cool colors, blues and purples (even greens) and none of these colors are "me" and none of them match my swimsuit or any of my dresses. She really didn't seem to care. They were all fall and winter colors. Dark and dreary except for a couple colors. I know darn well that she has to have other colors besides these 20 colors somewhere but she wouldn't get them out. She just sat there. I told her the only light colors she had (2) I didn't like and they didn't match but if that was all she had I guess I'm stuck with them. I picked one only because I had no other choice. Again, she didn't seem to care. Pedicure was really quick. She didn't do anything to my cuticles (no trimming, no pushing them back), she barely trimmed my nails, she literally spent 15 seconds buffing my heels on each foot (they needed way more than that) and it just felt super rushed. 35 minutes later she finished her 62 dollar pedicure that was nothing remotely relaxing with a color I didn't like (but that she had nothing else to offer). Worst part was just 3 days later on vacation my toes were already peeling. This was an epic waste of money. I wrote this exact same thing on their internal survey they emailed me 3 weeks ago and never heard back from them so I'm putting this feedback out for the public to see now. A 62 dollar (non-gel) pedi should last longer than 35 minutes and the paint should look better than mine and not peel in 3 days.

Ben is amazing! He is so kind and incredibly talented. He always makes me feel comfortable and talks through every step of my service. He understands how to make your hair cut, color, and style complement your natural features. I am always looking and feeling my best when I leave his chair!

I had such a fantastic experience with Stevie! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, but was also appropriate for my hair texture and face shape. I came back to my office and my co worker immediately booked her own hair cut with Stevie!

I made an impromptu haircut appt with Korey and had a wonderful experience. Korey was so nice and kind and easy to talk to, not to mention she gave me a wonderful haircut. She listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend her!

I was overdue for a haircut by months. My experience at the Western Plaza location was extraordinary! Carla warmly greeted me outside and who does that any more? My stylist, Ruthie, was the penultimate professional. We had a chat about what I wanted and she looked at my hair before she shampooed it. The shampoo was a welcome relaxer. Ruthie spent a great deal of time cutting and blowing out my hair which I appreciated. My hair looks better than it has in years! I also, with Ruthi’s help, chose hair products to replace ones I’d run out of. Three charming ladies chatted me up, the perfect amount, as I checked out. I would give the professionals at this salon 100/100! I cannot wait to go back!

Loved my stylist!! Lillie really listened to what I wanted. I had damaged hair from at home dyes and she took the time to assess my hair and gave me a good recommendation on how much needed to get cut off. Definitely going back to her!

Kristin is SO sweet! She did a great job with my cut and really listened to what I wanted/was looking for. She sent a handwritten note after the appointment! Overall just a great and calming experience!

Sakaylea is the sweetest person! She truly cares about her clients. I always recommend her when anyone asks about my eyebrows. I will definitely be trying a different service from her soon!
