Scheduled an appointment via the site with Courtney (through a mutual friend). I booked the appointment after my friend actually texted Courtney to verify I was booking the correct appointment just for my appointment to get canceled. Courtney called my phone 5 times back to back and had an attitude with me because I did stop my life to pick up the cellular device that I paid for to answer HER call. She went on to explain why she called so many times and canceled my appointment which the site is not CLEAR nor does it specify that I had to do ALL of the things she stated I needed to do. Says the choice I picked (after being verified through text from her) was for clients that had a membership package. Appreciate the explanation for the cancellation but the attitude and unprofessionalism wasn’t necessary nor needed. I did not raise my voice nor did I get an attitude with her. I let her talk and got off of my paid cellular device with her because I WILL NOT have someone like that do my hair nor will I beg them to take MY MONEY. Maybe she was having a bad day (we all have them) and I wish her nothing but the best.

Court Court has been and will always be my stylist for the last 15 years. I love her. ❤️ She is wonderful with children and has a special day set aside for only Court Kids.. because some of these children their parents can't deal with them‼️ Natural...Healthy hair is her thing... remember... when 1 customer is late ... everyone appointment get pushed back

She clearly knows what she’s doing and has been in this business for years. She’s experienced many different customers and obviously knows that the kids only at like that cause they don’t want to be in the chair. There is no abuse going on. I support everything she does and her styling is very professional.

She knows what she’s doing! Been doing this for many years. Children don’t like their hair brushed, don’t like to sit still. So they will scream. People will say abuse. ESME JONES review was just wow. She didn’t use her weight once to hold that little girl down! The cop came in and walked out because he knows that’s what children do when getting their hair braided. She did give the child a break. The mother was there in the room, seated. People obviously have never gotten their hair braided and do not realize how it is.
