So happy that I found this place! After searching for days for new stylist near my home I found this place. I called and spoke with the owner and she was amazing, I knew by her tone of voice that she was very attentive and when I met her in person she was all the more concern with what I wanted for my hair and from her. I will be going back to her. I am actually looking forward to it because she gave the best shampoo I have EVER had!

I have been coming to this shop since March 2021! I had been natural for 2 1/2 years. I got tired of getting my natural hair done and it only last a day. Brandy convinced me that I can still have healthy hair with a relaxer. The 1st relaxer perfect. The 2nd relaxer is was applied to all of my hair not just the roots. She asked if she cut my hair in layers which I found odd because she did not cut my hair in layers. The 3rd relaxer was also applied to all of my hair and she even started combing through it. I asked her why she was doing that and her response was she knew what she was doing. When you are a paying customer and you always tip, you should be able to voice your opinion about services received. Keep hair was healthy and full now my hairs sheds all day every day. Also I asked for an Affirm relaxer and another relaxer was used and I was still told it was Affirm. When I got my second relaxer, she said I got Affirm now. I just let you think it was Affirm but the product I used makes Affirm!!! That was unprofessional in itself but I said ok she is the stylist not me. Now that I’m calling her to ask what she can do to treat my hair and stop it from shedding, she is not picking up or responding to my text. I feel like I wasted my money and Brandy damaged my hair. I was just asking her to treat and style my natural hair & no chemicals. I either want my money back or funds for me to get my hair treated and an apology. Now I have to do things the hard way and go to court. I take pride in my hair. I am so upset! Natural hair is a go if you need a relaxer I would not recommend.

I’ve been going to Brandy for over two years now! When I first started going to her my hair was broke off and unhealthy. She has brought my hair back to life. I never realized I could have such healthy relaxed hair. Scheduling an appointment through the app is so easy and she is always professional and on time.

I have lived in Richmond, but still drive almost 2 hours to come to Brandy. I have tried other stylists for me and my daughter, but none compare. Brandy takes care of our natural hair and keeps it healthy.

Ms. Brandy is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s extremely sweet and professional. She is very knowledgeable and all about healthy hair. She got my unruly hair tamed in two visits! She coached me on what products to use at home and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You will not be disappointed!
