Cyndi is an angel!!! This place is so quaint and calm, everyone that works there is so nice, and the facial was PHENOMENAL. My face is so shiny and tight. I will 1000% be coming back. And it’s cheaper than other spas!!!!

1st time @NaturalBody. The shop and wait area was inviting, a warm bed was relaxing, and Samantha was strong and skilled. She followed my lead in discussing injuries and treatments without any upselling. Highly recommend her premium massage for relaxation. Great experience!

Natural Body Spa & SkinReMEDI is a great spot in Brookhaven for many levels of skincare. Courtney gave me an amazing micro needle with PRP series and excellent Botox treatments. My dermatologist even asked me what I was doing to keep my skin looking so good. It was thanks to Courtney! Plus, the shop has lots of gift and skincare items and the staff is lovely. I highly recommend Natural Body and Courtney for all your skincare needs!

Room was cool and I was uncomfortable when uncovered. Also, the lotion was equally cool resulting in a less the relaxed session .

Jess gave an amazing deep tissue massage. He gave great suggestions to help stretch certain areas. I decided to go back within the month for a relaxing massage and my 90 min hot stone massage with Anthony was perfection. I thought 90min would be too long since I’m used to 60 min, but the way he worked up to the hot stones prepped my muscles and gave me a stepwise relaxing treatment. I’ll definitely return!

Update: Ashley the manager followed up with me after she read my review about cold rooms and offered me a discount to come back in. She told me she had the hvac fixed after my review and I went back today and the room was warm and it was a terrific experience. So glad to know they are reading and reacting to the reviews. Honestly don’t think it would’ve kept me from coming back, but so appreciated!! Thank you, Ashley and team! the massage therapist and aesthetician were terrific, but it was so cold in the massage room I was literally shivering the whole time. She got me another blanket and had the bed warmer on but it was almost unbearable. Unfortunate as it really tarnished the experience. The rooms were warmed by the time I went to the facial.

Cannot say enough good things about this business and its team members! Professional and well-educated, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing the ideal environment for relaxation. The retail area is full of great products. They offer wonderful little incentives and savings on services. I highly recommend a visit to Courtney Patton, PA-C, she's licensed and educated in several mediums. She was an absolute pleasure to visit for a facial consult and tox treatment before the holidays. This will be my go-to spa for many years to come.

Cyndi is the GOAT! I love coming to this Natural Body location. The staff are so kind and good at what they do. They are firendly and give great customer service! I go on a monthly basis for facials and have loved starting this self-care and skincare regimen. Cydni and Dominique do work when it comes to taking care of me and my partner's face and skincare.

Samantha is a fabulous massage therapist. I have already scheduled another massage with her She is very knowledgeable and caring
