The prices are not the same from the website at all and I didn’t even ask for rhay much to be done to my hair. Booking online didn’t even help cause my hair still ended up starting late regardless. I don’t think I will be going back.

It was my first time getting a silk press from her salon. She did a great job! The third picture is from my second visit after more than a week. I put rollers in every night (old school style) to maintain curls.

My hair came out silky pressed but I was charged up charges I had refused bc I had only budgeted $75-85. My hair was already washed and clean and I didn’t want a trim yet I was pushed to have those additional services done bc it *had* to be done. I had came in on time 10 minutes before my appointment and she arrived 30 mins late which is fine but communicate next time if you know you’re going to be late. I don’t feel my time or money was respected at all. Definitely won’t be coming back and will stick w my silk press gyal @braidsbyjayyllc who’s website shows silk press pricing based on length and doesn’t push services on you without mentioning pricing till the end. @braidsbyjayyllc charges $80 for my length and it INCLUDES a trim. I came in not wanting a wash or trim only the $75 silk press and stylist up charged $55 wanting $130 for the whole service when I refused a trim and wash…. She didn’t take her making me wait and arriving extremely late into consideration or that this was my first time seeing her… and it’s crazy how money hungry and grimy ppl are… Horrible first impression but I kept it cordial, this was my first time here and it is now my last. I’m glad she has other ppl keeping her in business and I hope she cherishes keeping clientele over finessing ppl for everything they got. Unfriendly over the phone, I called because I had a question about booking and not even a minute into the call, they were giving me attitude. I work with people all the time it’s not that hard to act positive. But instead I was met with a negative attitude and decided not to book.

The service was very uncomfortable, they had horrible customer service was laughing and tugging at my hair. There wasn’t enough people to provide quality service, dirty towels being used, and overall horrible experience.

Glad to have finally found my loctician in Orlando! Specifically, Saj did such a good job noticing my tender scalp without me saying anything, and adjusted accordingly. I usually have to take at least 800mg Advil before retwists, and STILL end up flinching terribly the whole time. I took the meds as usual, but was impressed with how quickly it went by. Saj started with the most tender area (around my crown) FIRST, so that by the time my pain stamina had worn down we were way past the hardest part. I had a lot of growth and time passed from my last retwist but Saj never complained or made me feel bad about it. She worked diligently, quickly, and effortlessly. She also helped me come to a decision about a hairstyle fairly quickly, which I’m also usually very indecisive about. I’m used to walking away looking bloated due to how thin my hair is, but Saj helped me find a beautiful style with faux bangs and loc petals. She even added little loc jewelry pieces for free!! My husband was thrilled when he saw me. Thank you, Saj! Looking forward to the next time :)

I loved my silk press and on this occasion I came back for color and another silk press. The picture of me in ivory, is how my silk press looked even two months after my first visit. I just got it done again and in a few days those tight curls will be hanging and looking real cute. Happy New Year 2024! Thank you Natural Bounty Hair Care for another great hairdo.

My hair was damaged and kept shedding. However, over the past few months, my hair has regained strength and continues to get better. My scalp has also cleared up. The stylist even went the extra mile and made me a personal hair care serum that has worked so far. Thank you sooo much

When I came to Saj my hair was In a very bad situation. I had extremely dry and flaky scalp 😩. After my first hair treatment I could feel and see the difference in my scalp and hair. Today I have been with saj just a few months now and the growth and health of my hair is amazing. I highly recommend saj for all hair care needs! Thanks guys for caring for my hair.
