My son had a banquet to go to and he has o ly had 1 person touch his hair for the last 7 years and that's (Yannie the one and only locologist). She recently stopped coming to Georgia, and recommended Natural Creations Salon to style his hair, (as she is about health and retwist only, she does not style). They did and amazing job on his hair and he said he would go back. And when my son say he will let someone do his hair again they good. He barely let me touch his hair and I'm his mama. So it's a huge compliment, my son at 17 don't let no one play in his especially not these girls that be asking to retwist his hair. He Flys to Jersey to get his hair done, and now I have found an Atlanta based place I can get our hair done. All the stylist do amazing work from what I saw.

I decided to start my lock journey here with franz And it was the best decision that I've made. It's been a year and I am so happy with my decision and just coming to a salon that has amazing energy on my self-care days!

Good vibes... As soon as you come in there is abundance of greets plus the conversations there are very educational. I love that I can learn about styling my hair things what I can or shouldn't be doing for my hair. So it's an educational experience at the same time of you getting your hair done, you should try it. Ive been going for 4 years now! My locs are going on a journey of 19 years-long and counting.

Always an amazing experience... The locticians here are well versed in starting and maintaining the locs... The energy is AMAZING here! My hair is Always amazing when I leave here. Ask for Franz-che!!!

First time coming in for service I was accepted as a Walk in. Loctation was very knowledgeable about condition of locs. Quick and efficient service would definitely recommend for loc maintenance. Would have gave 10 star rating but google only allows 5 stars lol.

I'm only giving at least a 3 because Joe did a great job. This place has really let me down after trying it again. The first experience with Natural Creations we called to schedule an appt Franz answered gave me a date and time for my son with a Mel?. The day of arrival we waited and no one showed for almost 2 hrs the young lady who did show up said Mel had a family emergency. The young lady still allowed my son to stay and get his hair done Joe ended up doing it and it turned out great. So I thought time to retwist let's go back. Called number again got Franz who booked us. She was running a little late on day of appt. Paid $80 for my son wash n retwist. Looks like she only twisted the roots and didn't even touch the locs. His hair is fuzzy and school starts Tuesday. Thanks Franz! Now I gotta wait to have it redone by someone else. Never coming to this place again.

This place is amazing ! So full of creativity, culture , art , talent , and love ! It’s Family ! They Support our nonprofit Overlooked Creations and our clients . They donate space to allow us to fundraise with their customers ! The customers have great energy also ! It’s like a networking event never know who you going meet . The hair styles are beautiful , and there are products from small businesses that you can purchase! It says a lot when customers fly in from California to get their hair done ! Walked in on 4.18.23 because I didnt have the number or email to the shop. Franz-che was there made an appointment for the next day. Thank you so very much for taking me Franz-che it was my 4 year Anniversary 4.19 :) you had my Husband smiling all day lol.

I'm always pleased with my results no matter who does my loc maintenance. Franz-Che, Melanie, & Joe are very knowledgeable loctitians. Joe's also a great barber! I highly advise you have a consultation prior to visiting & make an appointment. Fridays are usually very busy, so I prefer to go Wed or Thurs.

Made an appointment earlier this week for today. I show up at my appointment time for the shop to be closed with no one in it. Called the business line to be told that the person i booked with had a death in the family. I'm sorry for this person's loss but wish someone would've have cared to give me a heads up to reschedule with someone else or another place. I'm screwed for the event that I needed my hair done for. Horrible first impression. I won't be back.

My experience at this salon with the owner was nothing less than a Blessing. From the wash,to the quick retwist ,conversation and Style,I LOVED IT 😍. will definitely be going back to see Franz-Che! This place is the absolute worst!!! I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago. I arrived on time. She clearly overbooked as there were several people waiting to be serviced. I rescheduled my appointment and chose the first available appointment of the day. Fast forward to today. I arrive 10min early. The shop is closed. I wait around for 30min and even tried to call. No response. No one ever showed up. This place does not respect the time of its clients. Save your money and go somewhere else.
