I began my loc journey about 8 months ago. I am so pleased with my results. I get compliments all of the time. I wish I would have started sooner. At the same time I'm glad I waited and found Yvette. She is the best.

She acknowledged me liked we had been knowing each other for years. We had great conversation. The expertise of her craft is awesome and she's very knowledgeable about my natural locks. Good location. Neat clean environment with great soothing 🎵🎶🎶🎵. I have standing appts and go back in six wks. I can hardly wait cause the shampoo and dryer experience are perfect. She really whupped it up. You go Vette.

I have been coming to Natural Divinity hair salon for about four years now. My hair stylist is very sweet and professional. I get very excited when time to get my hair done. Tanecqua takes her time with me give me all the TLC. Because when I came to her my hair was so damage . This young lady has, Natural healing hands. She brought my hair back to life. I did not actually have services done here. I called to set up a consultation appointment for starter locs on Wednesday October 14. I informed the young lady who answered the phone what type of appointment I needed. She put me on hold to check for availability and left me on hold for nine minutes. I hung up and called right back only to be directed to their answering service. I left a message with my contact info.The owner returned my call and left a message on Friday, October 23...over a week later. No apology or explanation as to why my call was not returned in a timely manner. If you can’t provide professionalism with the simple task of setting up an appointment or returning a call that leaves serious questions about your business, which is why I am taking my business elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled today with Kitty she was a no show. I did not receive a call to advise she was running late. I contacted the owner to find out if the shop was closed or if Kitty was going to show up. I was advised she may be running late. This was a waste of time and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place unless you want to waste your time. Just unprofessional and inconsiderate of the client who was PAYING for a service. Save yourself the headache. They do not care about their clients. Go see Nappy Hair in Bartlett

This salon has an amazing team...mother and daughter stylists. My husband and I have been their customers for about 2-3 years! Both of us have locs and they will definitely take good care of your hair. Go check out Ms. Yvette and Tanecqua you will not be disappointed at NATURAL DIVINITY!!!

Although Yvette good work, I had to sit two hours waiting on another customer which was not factored into the excessive price. I was at natural divinity from 1:35 p.m. until almost 9 p.m.

Setting up the appointment was fairly easy, and the lady on the phone was nice; however, when I went for my appointment, I got lost and couldn't reach anyone for directions. My appt. was at 5:30 and I called at 5:31 p.m. and 5:37 p.m. No answer. Just so happen, I turned into the right complex, but everything looked closed and I could not find natural divinity. Just other salons were open. Being that my phone was about to die from my GPS usage, I had to leave before I couldn't find my way back home. Drove an hour out to my appointment for nothing.

I took my 6 year old in and I was very disappointed with the poor service I received. The stylist was impatient while working on her hair and threatened for me to pay full price (as they were running a special) if it took her longer than 2 hours to do her hair- (keep in mind, I was not informed of this beforehand). I was then asked to take my daughter in the waiting room because she (my daughter) “needed a break,” while the stylist proceeded to take another client 🤔I was then told to “go get something to eat and come back” I left with no intentions to return (as I had already paid a deposit to book) - was called back 2.5 hours later....like what???! Really???!!!!!! Just unprofessional and inconsiderate of the client who was PAYING for a service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Scheduled appointment a week prior. Arrived at the office on time. Called the shop repeatedly before going in. I wasn’t satisfied with my service and that was communicated to the stylist. I was still expected to pay for it. I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Yvette has been my natural hairstylist for over 8 years now. Her service is ALWAYS professional with a natural eye for detail. I've NEVER been disappointed with her work! The ONLY suggestion to anyone looking to experience services at Natural Divinity is to schedule ASAP because she is ALWAYS booked.🥰
