Ashley is amazing. She greets you with a smile and has a warmth about her that translates into her skilled hands as well. She can easily find all my trouble spots and uses the perfect pressure to work them out, but in a way that I still feel relaxed. She thinks of all the details to make my session a perfect escape down to the lighting, heated table ready, and nice aroma in the room. She’s an asset to their spa team for sure. I’m looking forward to my next session

Most amazing and well needed massage. The atmosphere is so different and relaxing as soon as you go back. Everyone was so helpful and caring. My masseuse always made sure I was ok. 100% would recommend.

The environment here is so relaxing. I've had my hair cut 3 times and Amy always does a fantastic job. I brought my daughter to get her hair cut for the first time and Amy was great with her. My daughter can't stop playing with her hair and jumping for joy, saying how much she loves her hair!

Due to physical ailments and a long year of ups and downs, my body has been in pain for a while. Today, though, was one of the first days I experienced no pain after having a massage from Sarah. She was WONDERFUL!! I feel completely relaxed and pain free. Thank you!!!

Edit to add: business argues with review on public forum and blocks customer on Facebook. Very professional behavior. I received a Holiday Stress Reliever service today in hopes of getting a deal on some self care only to have the opposite experience. Pros: easy booking, warm reception area, flexibility in scheduling. But unfortunately, several Cons: my massage therapist talked the ENTIRE TIME despite my saying in the beginning that I was hoping for relaxation. I’m talking her personal business, her previous employment drama, the works. Massages typically feel short anyway and this was even more so because it was nonstop talk. Also, the facility itself seems run down in treatment rooms, with a ceiling tile being brown and moldy. To cap it all off, the front desk would not honor the deal saying it was a discounted service. However, this was not disclosed online (it was added after the fact likely when appointments were already booked for both days) and it’s in the regular massage service menu, not a promo. Feeling a little duped to be honest. Folks, there are many great spas in Hampton roads, please patronize those who have professional staff and clear pricing.

Everything was just amazing. Karia took time to looke up products for me to try so I could hopefully be able to get a facial one day because I’m allergic to strawberries and sensitive to lavender. Ashely was amazing with my message and made all my aches and pains just melt away. And Eliza did amazing on my hot stone pedi.

Great ambiance; however, the massage I received was awful. It was almost as though someone was playing in my back for the entire time. The therapist just simply did not seem to know what she was doing. Ridiculous

I booked a massage for my wife here and the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, making it the perfect place for a much-needed break. She loved her massage and came back feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to treat their loved ones to a special and rejuvenating experience!

I was visiting from out of town with my sister and Natural Elements was recommended to us by a family member. The ambiance is warm, welcoming and cozy. We got body massages & LOVED every minute of it. I didn't want to get off the bed! The hot apple cider was the chef's kiss and my sister loved the little tea bar. Little thoughtful touches like that stood out to us. We already agreed this will become our new tradition when in town from now on!

Sarah gave an amazing massage! I recently had a head injury and did not have feeling on my scalp for the past two months. She didn’t know this, however she gave me the best head massage and it made me fall asleep. Definitely booking with Sarah again!
