I’m disappointed to feel the need to write this review. My sisters purchased two Groupons for massages from Natural Enhancement Day Spa for my 40th birthday last year. We were traveling right after that time, had a crazy summer with 4 kids (a lot going on), and I had planned to use the Groupons once school was started back up. Unfortunately, shortly after, my father-in-law in Sweden passed away suddenly. My husband and I and our four children needed to quickly plan a trip overseas and spent nearly a month there taking care of the estate. The day I got home, I remembered the massage Groupons and checked the expiration date. They happened to expire the next day. I called and left messages and emailed immediately to see if I’d still be able to use them or get set up for an appointment. Latoya never called me back, and I eventually told one of my sisters about it and that I never got to use the Groupons. She ended up getting in touch with Latoya, and she graciously told my sister she would allow me to use them due to my circumstances. I tried to set my first massage up, and communication had then stopped again. I continued to reach out to Latoya several times, and she finally set me up with an appointment about 6 months later. I scheduled my next appointment with her while I was at my first one, but the morning of, she texted and canceled. I am very understanding and it was no problem. But I have been trying to set up my second massage with her since May 15th. It’s now December 16th. She does not respond, and if she does, she says she’ll check her schedule and then another month goes by with no response. It has been beyond frustrating on top of a crappy situation dealing with a stress and loss, particularly during a time when a massage would be much appreciated. But I’ve come to terms with my losses and decided I might as well write a review, because even though I continue to try to get in touch with Latoya, she unprofessionally ignores me. Also, the massage itself wasn’t great, and I have a feeling it was because she made an exception to use my Groupon. She spent at least 15 minutes gently rubbing my heel on one foot during my “deep tissue” massage. I thought maybe she fell asleep.

When I am feeling overwhelmed and I want to feel at ease after a heighten experience I roll some of the take control oil in the palm of my hands and rub them together to heat the oil. You can immediately smell a sweet smell similar to the ocean breeze. The take control oil smell reminds me of the beach. After taking 3 to 5 deep breathes, I feel relaxed and in a clearer mind state so that I can focus and continue to take control and conquer my day. I would definitely recommend this product and I will be buying extra to give to my friends and family so that can mange their tough situations better.

If you’ve been looking for somewhere to get a great massage, maybe some body contouring, a foot detox combined with EXCELLENT customer service and affordable prices then look no further this is where you want to be! Everyone is really knowledgeable in their area of expertise!

Clean, professional, and relaxing. I purchased a bundle of the EMS Sculpting sessions with Kimberly, building muscle. This service is amazing. It helped build my core muscles. I also had the sauna and foot detox. If you are looking to get your health in line this is your place the staff here is very knowledgeable. I also have a lymphatic massage every two weeks to flush my system, detox and heal my body. This place is a gem in Greensboro.

Do yourself a favor and book a masage here! I got it as a present for mother’s day and the 60 min deep tissue with Latoya was just amazing! I am a mama of almost 2 years old and I really enjoyed such a great relaxing massage! Exactly what my body needed! I even got a bag with a water bottle on the way home. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about our experience at this establishment with Latoya. She got us in when I was in dire need of therapy and was such a pleasure to be around. I have fibromyalgia and she knew exactly where to target . 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone new to massage as well as Vets …. Thank you again girl you ROCK , more than our festival did haha

I can not say enough positive things about my experience at this spa today! First off, my massage therapist was extremely flexible with my ever-changing schedule and she accommodated a couple different scheduled changes that I had. And then I was running late to my appointment but as soon as I got there she got straight to it and she was excellent with my massage!! Very skilled and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe an hour had already passed by the time it was over! She was diligent to ask me how much pressure I wanted on different parts of my body and she made sure I was comfortable with said pressure. I simply cant wait to return!!

I have a doctorate in physical therapy from UNC Chapel Hill, so trust me when I say, Latoya is excellent at what she does. I had my first session today and immediately booked 4 more sessions with her. Her hands sense where your muscles are tight/sore and then intuitively provide more treatment time and techniques to that area. She provides an extremely relaxing and comfortable environment. This experience is not only beneficial physically, but also so helpful to your mental health. I highly recommend.

Latoya gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! I received a deep tissue massage for one hour. I have never had anyone concentrate so perfectly on my problem areas in my back. The pressure was PERFECT! I feel like I’ve just had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders…literally! Best massage experience ever! I’m making another appointment for next week.

My mom and I usually go to healing hands for our Ladies relaxation days but wanted to try somewhere new to save a few dollars on massages. What a big mistake… I now see why healing hands charge so much, as you really do get what you pay for. Cleanliness, professionalism, and quality are not things to cheap out on, and this place could seriously make improvements, as it almost didn’t even seem real.

Received a massage from LaToya. It was perfect, she made me very comfortable. I was a little nervous because it was my first massage experience, however, as soon as she laid her hands on me all of my anxieties melted away. She is very nice, and has a very kind energy. If you're thinking about it, do it! You won't regret it.

This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so serene, clean, and the staff is very professional. I have had several services here. Kimberly has helped me obtain my body goals. As I prepared for my wedding, she helped me with the inches. If you have body goals all I will say is Listen to Kimberly. The EMS machine work wonders for building your core. Kimberly was very helpful, encouraging and non judgmental. She encouraged me to put one foot in front of the other and take it one day at a time. I was very impressed, they also had various ways to pay. (Payment plans) Kimberly hands down is the best when it comes to creating a new healthy you. If you are reading this review this is your sign just start your journey and you won’t regret it. Don’t forget to add lymphatic massages with Latoya. That was a very important part of the process as well. She is also very knowledgeable and skilled.

This was my first ever Swedish massage and I’ve never loved an experience more than i loved this! Latoya was so kind and professional i felt relaxed and at ease the moment i stepped in the room. I can’t wait to come back and bring my friends. 10/10 experience definitely would recommend!

When I tell you the 60 minute deep tissue massage Latoya gave was nothing short of amazing. The environment was inviting, warm, peaceful and relaxing.
