Long story, this salon does not disappoint...from the moment I spoke with Ms. Lynn to the moment I left the salon, I felt welcome. I will start off by saying she knows what she is doing, and I would steer anyone I know in her direction. Ms. Lynn worked me in when I was just praying I didn't have to wash/condition my own hair, and God answered my prayers instantly! I walked into her salon 10 mins later and she was surprised how fast I arrived...ironically, I was sitting in a Publix parking lot and googling hair salons near me. She was one of many that popped up, but the only one that was actually open that early to service my hair care needs. I have to say this was by far the best salon experience I have had in decades! She worked me in as soon as I arrived...I know I didn't even wait 10 mins. She told me everything she was doing to my hair and even asked if I were allergic to any oils that she was using. I received a pampering and not just some basic hair washing service. Ms. Lynn's presence alone was lovely, and the salon atmosphere was amazing! If I could say anything to anyone looking for a great beautician in Jax, go see Ms. Lynn you won't regret it!

If you're looking to get your dreadlocks done in Jacksonville. Natural Glow should be your go-to spot for starting and completing your dreadlock journey. Other places in Jacksonville had told me that my dreads were beyond repair, but Natural Glow fixed them and made them look amazing! way beyond my expectations.

I’ve learn a ton about my hair and scalp since I started coming here 2 years ago. My scalp was awful but Mrs. Lynn thought me about oils and helped me understand the uniqueness of my hair. With her help, I was able to find oils to help maintain my scalp. I love learning about my hair and trying new styles. Each of the stylist here have been amazing to me, my hair and my wife’s hair and they make me feel like family.

Nice shop and the stylists are nice with a professional demeanor. I like that they wash and treat your hair before doing anything with the hair. Very old school in concept and refreshing because a lot of new age stylists want you to come pre washed and etc. I recommend them for your hair care needs.

There is nothing like coming to a place where natural hair is loved, cared for and respected. My locs are happy and so am I. First time my long locs didn’t wet up the chair and floor of the salon. I learned a great drying technique. Thank you!

Horrible service to many red flags. I've tried to schedule appointments they pass you around like your at the DMV Office. They must think their the only show in town smh.

First let me say I do not doubt their work here..but this is my second time going there didn't get any work done because they scheduling online..the 2nd time we waited almost an hour and let me make this CLEAR money is no issue for me..but what I find crazy you wanted to charge me 120.00 for my daughter just to get a basic shampoo,condition and a trim..I find that ridiculous and over priced. Natural salon or not. I did not say I wanted to pay 25.00!!..I said I have been to salons that charged that. I even called around everyone said that's a silk press price or a full hair style price, but I did not want her hair blown out or flat ironed..

I started going to Natural Glow over a year ago, and I can say personally that this is hands down the best natural hair salon in Jacksonville. When I was going through postpartum shedding last June, Ms. Lynn helped restore my hair back stronger and thicker. If you are looking for a true natural hair salon that is going to take care of your hair in every possible then go to Natural Glow. All the stylists are amazing at what they do.

Lynn is amazing!!! I have been searching for a stylist for a few years now to help me consistently care for my natural hair and I am happy to say I have found a home at Natural Glow Supply & Salon. I wholeheartedly agree that she is not only a stylist, she is a teacher; as she styles your hair she educates you every step of the way so that you can continue your process at home until your next visit. I am so appreciative of the way she schedules her appointments so that she gives enough time to the client. The atmosphere was very pleasant, clean, and inviting. I had a horrendous experience at this salon. My braided style lasted no longer than a week. It was initially done by someone else who was scheduled to fix the style, but did not even show up to do so. That said, I attempted to discuss my concerns with Lynn, the owner.I Showed her the text messages as proof that her stylist scheduled time to fix my hair. After several attempts to communicate what was going on, we came to an agreement and she apologized and told me to come in and get my hair fixed. She told me to come back to her shop at 6 am. At this point she seemed to be high off of something because she seemed unstable, constantly mumbling stuff to other clients and her eyes were blood shot. The things she was saying didn’t make sense. About an hour into the appointment my hair was washed and then nothing was done to it. She became agitated with me about the style I specifically requested. I told her I am going to leave because I was feeling uncomfortable and I requested a refund. She told me that she was going to call the police. I will NEVER ever go to this place again, they are disgusting, rude, disrespectful and unfair.

I hadn't been to a professional hair stylist in a long long long long... time! I thought I was taking care of my natural hair just fine. On a whim, I decided to let someone else do it. I truly can't tell you what services I had done, all I know is that my hair is STILL soft and has actually grown in the 6 weeks since visiting. (My hair usually reaches a certain length after I cut it and will not grow past that). Lynn is MAGIC! ☺😀 Did I mention that the twist style was cute and lasted a long time?

Lynn, is absolutely amazing. Went in for my first retwist and walked out feeling amazing. She's not just a stylist but a teacher, down to earth, and very professional. Started my locks Oct. 2013. Because of my profession, I wanted to make sure that they look professional at all times. I went to Natural Glow and they did just that! They gave me detailed instructions on how to care for and maintain my hair in between coming to the salon. I became one of their most faithful clients. During my work travels to DC, Maryland, and California between June 2015- June 2020, I refuse to allow anyone else touch my locks. Using the instruction they gave to me, I managed to come to them at least 4 times a year. Yep, my first stop off a long flight back home was always Natural Glow. Throughout my 7 years locked, my locks are clean, healthy, and my roots are strong. I'm always getting compliments on my locks, especially from the men. I have always left Natural Glow feeling satisfied. The pictures attached was taken yesterday. Thank you Natural Glow for the AWESOME services you have provided to me through out these years!

Lynn helped me with what I thought was an impossible amount of detangling of my daughter’s hair. I thought the only answer was going to be to cut her hair short but Lynn took her time and expertise and detangled my 5-year-old daughter’s massive hair tangles. I would strongly recommend this salon. Amazing customer service ❤️

Ok so first off this place is great absolutely great. The costumer service is unbelievable. My experience there was vary professional and informativ . The lady that did my hair her name is Lynn she was great the people there are vary friendly. I went there lockng to lock my hair to make dreads and I ha e straight hair she explained everything and answered all my questions and made me feel vary comfortable while I was there. I will definitely be going back to see ms Lynn in the future as my new dreadlocks mature and grow. This was always a dream of mine to have dreads and I feel like she really took the time to see the same vision i always have and I'm thankful for having found her and her salon. Thank you so much for everything ms Lynn.
