-Unacceptable- Made my appointment 3 days in advance. Inquired in-person 5 days prior. Arrived to my appointment on time only to be turned down because the hair stylist didn't feel comfortable doing my 4C natural hair. Manager offered to do it for me but told me to wait 2 hours. 2 hours became 3 hours, became 4 hours, became offering to do it sometime in the week 4 days later. I was there long enough to make a friend who was also waiting past their appt, have lunch with them. No one from the salon called me to schedule anything or a follow-up. I essentially showed up, wasted 5hours of my Saturday and went back home with nothing to show for it.

After two failed attempts to find a beautician to help me start and maintain my locs I was at the end of my rope. Then I called Natural Hair and Extensions and her customer service was wonderful and professional. After a brief conversation I knew I’d found the professional I needed. She took her time, educated me and made sure I had what I needed to continue this journey and I am extremely grateful. Can’t wait for my next appointment!!!

I've had some trouble with stylists messing up my curls in the past, but after my first haircut with Tisha all of my faith was restored. She's incredibly welcoming and talented and she gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten. I've never been happier with the shape of my curls and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

She did a great job and she answered all my questions/concerns. Being that she is really good, she is also really busy. If you need your hair done, you should plan on getting it done about 1.5 to 2 months in advance. She is worth it.

She did my hair quick & sloppy didn’t wash my hair right only twisted the root not the whole dread & was super unprofessional. If u like ur dreads clean & smelling good don’t go here. I never leave reviews but I had to maybe I’ll save a head!

Studio is beautiful! Tisha makes you feel at home and welcome, TV to products, she meets all your needs. Hair treatments, designs, braids strong and beautifully. I went to my first apt, than booked Apts for my girls. My oldest daughter has Autism and when I tell you I felt good bringing her, that means a lot. She was patient and kind. We will be coming back. Thank you Tisha! ❤

Hands down the most professional and efficient hair stylist. I came here to get my locs twisted and I had no problems from start to finish. Trish is a sweetheart and professional the entire time. My locs came out looking great, no weird smells, and I've received compliments on it. Highly recommend!

And she is a stylist that can exactly keep conversation, trust me you’ll never be bored walking into Tisha’s shop! But most importantly she cares about the personal needs of each and every client, I have a lavender allergy and every time she books me she makes sure their is not a sight, nor smell of lavender in the room! Tisha The Beautician is wonderful she does some of everything my hairstyle was perfect she makes you feel comfortable and like your family no matter who you are no matter if it's your first time or your 50th time coming to see her everything is like home like family I wouldn't think of going anyplace else she does all colors all styles all types of hair doesn't matter who you are I've seen her do children's hair that was great and a all the way to men's hair she even replaced dreads that people have cut out of their hair and she put some back in for you to start all over it is great I recommend it to everyone no matter what nationality you are
