Started going to Ms. Jacqueline's Natural Hair Bar for sometime now. Her, along with her products will transform your hair. Ms. Jacqueline introduced me to the Hair Rehab Droplets (product) due to some Hair loss. After using the products for months now, I can see the difference in my hair.! Works wonders.

Spoke with them about the availability, services and pricing and had to made an appointment almost two months out. Made the appointment and paid the deposit to only be told a month later and two weeks from my appointment they are too busy. I was also told that my braids I had in needed to be taken out so I took them out to prepare for my appointment just for it to be canceled with a weak excuse. How do you book an appointment in advance just to say you can no longer do it without an actual explanation. Now one of the services I booked is three times as much and I believe that part of the reason my appointment was canceled so even when they decide to accept clients I won’t be one of them.

Went in for a "healthy hair TRIM" and came out with a bob. With my hair midway down my back and already healthy (per stylist) I figured it would just be my ends. Stylist is also unaware that curly hair can be "TRIMMED" while in it's curly state. Also, don't offer to braid if you can't. It honestly felt like you we're just pulling my hair. Unfortunately I will not be back to her business. Very unhappy!

Omg, the best hair salon experience I've had to date. Jacqueline was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better experience. I've been natural for 10+ years but I opted for the Natural Hair Makeover/Consultation because I've been using YouTube to try to learn and never had any guidance on proper natural hair care. Today, with Jacqueline, I learned so much about my texture. I thought I was 4b but found out I'm actually 4a. I didn't know my porosity, now I do. I had never been able to get my curls defined without crazy frizz but now my curls are poppin' & I'm loving the healthy shine my hair has for what feels like the first time ever!! Together, we came up with a hair care plan/routine that is easy to understand. Jacqueline answered ALL of my many questions, gave helpful suggestions and I can't wait to see where my hair grows from here. :)

When I came to Jacqueline a little over a year ago, I was ready to cut my hair off. I had just taken a protective style out for my wedding and my hair was a mess. I was over my natural hair journey. It is not an exaggeration to say that Jacqueline turned my hair all the way around! She takes the time to teach you about your hair, understanding that you have to spend most of your life outside of the stylist’s chair and need to know how to do things yourself! She has revitalized my hair. Not only is it properly moisturized, it is GROWING as it never has before. I can’t say enough positive things about this woman and her approach to natural hair care. Do yourself a favor and see her!

What a difference! It’s been two months since visiting the Natural Hair Bar and I must say, I’m completely shocked. I don’t even recognize my own hair! It’s soft, manageable and HEALTHY. I’ve been natural for a while but ignorant to the steps needed to have healthy natural hair. Due to frustrations on the salon prices with unsustainable shine and luster, I took my care into my own hands. Needless to say, box braids all day. The owner, Jacqueline was extremely accommodating and kind. Knowledgeable, through tough hair love, she informed me how my box braid habits were destroying my hair. Her treatment was just what my hair needed, which included denying me a curl set because my hair wasn’t hydrated. I appreciate that. Now I am using her hair products. My strands are so beautiful and I am so thankful!

Today, was my very first time visiting the hair bar and Jackie s service was fantastic. It was very personal and I enjoyed having that 1:1 with Ms.J . She was very knowledgeable about her craft and I would definitely recommend woman of all hair types to visit her. She also displayed a great focus on promoting health. She was very sweet. The over all environment was very clean, comfortable ,and relaxing. I can't wait for my next appointment and to continue my hair care journey with Ms. J.
