My experience with Natural Mind and Muscle was fantastic! I was at my wits end with the way I was feeling and decided to book a session of hypnosis. Since, my session I have never felt better! I haven’t felt well in my body for at least 25 years. Prior to the session I was VERY skeptical of even being able to be hypnotized. I’m an extremely rigid person!! All of have to say is that it worked for me and I will be going back for sure!!

I just had my first ever hypnosis session with Karaha. Wow! It was an incredible experience. So powerful. Karaha did such a wonderful job of preparing for the session and walking me through everything and what to expect. I would highly recommend Karaha for hypnosis to heal past hurts and negative thinking and to replace them with helpful thoughts. Great job, Karaha!!! Wow! What an incredibly powerful spiritual experience.

Finally a massage therapist that provides some serious relief 😩 Karaha is so knowledgeable and really makes the most out of the time you have with her. I love the different techniques she uses to customize my treatment every time. I trust her and I truly feel a difference in my pain points with Karaha! Her space is clean and comfortable and I’m always looking forward to my next session!

If you’re not seeing Karaha for massages, you need to be. As a hair stylist I’m on my feet all day and have lots of strain my on back and shoulders, after my massage with Karaha I felt so much better! Not only is she a 10/10 massage therapist, but she does an amazing job at creating a comfortable and trustworthy environment. I’ll never see anyone other than Karaha for massages again!

Karaha has created a beautiful, peaceful space of healing. As soon as you meet her, you will feel you are in “good hands.” She is highly skilled - quite honestly, the best massage I’ve ever had. My only regret is not having found her sooner.

I've been seeing Karaha for several months & she is truly amazing at what she does. Her new suite at Beautiful Soul Spa & Suites is so warm & inviting. She offers aromatherapy & that has been a wonderful add on to my weekly massages. It's hard to find a good therapist so I was so very lucky to find her. Book with her, you won't regret it!
