I'm a transfer sister loc client in need of a consultation and stylist. I was scheduled with Kim for the consultation. At my appt time, Kim began working on another client. She brought me to her station and continued to work on the client. She asked my concerns but did not evaluate locs, scalp, or examine the texture of my hair. With a quick glance, Kim stated that my hair was ok. Do Not Schedule Consults if you Do Not Consult.

Ms. Terri was a phenomenal hair stylist. She made me feel so welcomed that I was put at ease. 1 thing about Ms. Terri she will tell you like it is when she has saw my hair she had talked through each step on how to take my locs and what products I should use and to ALWAYS text her if I have any questions. Ms. Terri made me feel more confident and comfortable on how to take care of my hair. I appreciate her so much from the bottom of my heart for saying that she will be my permanent hairstylist and she truly knows what she's doing. My experience was great for my first visit. I got my hair washed and dreadlocks restyled up for a fair price. They are really clean and smooth. I do hate communicate over the phone, they talk to low like they whisper. I will be visiting again. The ladies are very nice. If you have dreadlocks, you should come visit.

The Secretary is extremely unqualified. I asked about dread styles she said she don’t have any suggestions. I asked to speak to a person who can help me she refused. She told me my best bet is to find a new shop. She can’t help me. 4/12/2022 she said it was only two people and I can’t book with the other person . I never asked to book an appointment! I asked about styling and pricing she got frustrated and hung up ! Don’t go there
