This is a great nail salon for a pedicure at a great price. Having said that, and after coming to this salon for 6 months now, I had a rather uncomfortable situation at my last appointment. During my manicure, there was a younger woman (the daughter who was helping), she answered the phone and set up an appointment for the next day with someone. She was then berated and yelled at for several minutes over this by (by the mom), while I sat between them with the man doing my manicure. It didn't stop there, and the man offered no help to diffuse it or apologize for the disturbance then, or after I complained. I'm sad this happened and don't like to give bad reviews, but this seemed really inappropriate in front of customers. I'm hoping this is a rare occurrence for those who will continue to go here. As for me, I will be going elsewhere for a more relaxing overall experience. Hopefully, they can work through whatever was going on during my appointment.

Place smells more of smoke than nail chemicals (which isn’t a bad thing but we didn’t like it). Prices are also higher than previous reviews posted and I should have asked ahead of time what the current rate is. Fantastic service, good people, and those that got their nails painted loved it so much! Picture in this review reflects prices from November 2024. Still really good prices but just not what we planned for.

Excellent experience! My parents (both in their 80s) and I went to have pedicures. I called in the morning to make an appointment and we were able to get in later that afternoon. We arrived early and they were ready for all three of us. My dad received a pedicure and my mom and I had gel pedicures. All aspects (nail trimming, massage, polish, etc) were exceptional. If I didn’t live out of town I’d return regularly. My parents both said they will be returning. The entire staff were kind and patient.

I was checking what time they opened and saw the reviews and want to make mine. This place is the best. I have been too many salons over Utah County, and not one of them will hold a candle to this small family business. They are just simply the best.

I got a pedicure and they really focus on the massage which was super nice and relaxing. The place itself is rundown, outdated, and small but it gets the job done. Decently priced.

I’ve been coming to natural nails for over 17 years and I absolutely love them. Hung does great work. My nails always last a long time. Clean store, family owned and operated… great prices… but most of all great service and work! I recommend Natural Nails to everyone.

Very professional staff, got me in for a manicure and gel nails same day. Did a beautiful job on my nails. I had a difficult time communicating due to staff wearing masks ( I'm hard of hearing) and possibly a language barrier. I'll go back, but I'll make sure I take a photo of what I want.

We had four generations get pedicures. It was our first time here. It’s not fancy But, they did a great job, excellent massage, and they were especially careful and kind to my 91 yr old dad. We’ll be back.

2018: This family owned business is so kind! They give really solid pedicures with great foot and leg massages. It's always a pleasure! Oct 2021 update: this place is *still* amazing! Dec 2023 update: this place is *still* awesome and worth all five stars. So kind. So friendly. So reasonably priced.

Love this cute little family nail place 💕 so good at what you want & always clean and the best leg & feet massage. Good on prices. Been going there foe more than 5 years now. I don't live in Springville Utah anymore live 35 minutes away but still go there💕

Love this place. They do an amazing job every time I go. I am always able to get in and I love the massages. The girl I always get massages super deep, but it is bearable so I don’t complain. I am tempted to ask for someone else just to see if they have a softer touch. Love their massage chairs too and their prices are great.

My daughter's and I went for pedicures over the weekend, and natural nail salon did a fantastic job, clean, professional. All of the techs did a great job! I'm super happy to have found this place, and we will definitely visit again😁

My new favorite place to get my nails done. They are so thorough. 10 minute per leg massage. Such friendly, kind technicians. Only $25 for pedicure and $35 for gel pedicure. Super low prices. Will definitely come back.

Massages! If the main reason you like getting your mani/pedi is for the massage this is the place for you!! Honestly they take more time giving you a relaxing leg/arm massage than anywhere else I've been. Also, I made a last minute appointment that they were able to fit me in, I was glad they could accommodate me. As far as the Pedi, great job! I did notice some mistakes with the gel manicure which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But overall a great business and I'd go again. Prices were also reasonable

They were very nice. I'd say the best foot massage I've ever gotten at a nail salon. Very well priced. However within a few days my toenail polish was chipping which doesn't happen when I go to salons that use OPI. Also I asked for a small addition and they said no which was weird since it's usually an upsale.

I love this family owned and operated nail salon. The "dad" gives the best pedicures and leg massages. He's my favorite but his wife does a mean second place. The whole family is super nice and this is the only place I'll go now for a pedicure.

I went to get a pedicure and I sat down and the girl instantly handed me a mask and put a huge shield in front of me. I was a little shocked because I have been vaccinated and wouldn’t go there if I had a sickness. The weirdest part was that the girl literally had 3 masks on! I think these people have issues and won’t be going back. The pedicure was good though.
