I've been coming here since I move near by for almost 4 years now. But this particular has done finalized my decision on finding a new shop. Every time I go in, she is so rude. Rude but with a smile on her face. I took it as possibly a culture thing, and let it go. But listening to her answer the phone to book the appointments and watching her facial expressions confirmed for me that she is just RUDE. Not only that, she is the least talented of everyone. Today I asked for a simple marble design on 1 nail. She told me she couldn't do it. But I've had it done 4 other times here. So ok, whatever. I tell her to cut down a little bit. She goes chopping away to the 2nd and 3rd nail without confirming if the length was ok. She cut them so short that getting the coffin shape I normally get was out the question. I left with nothing I wanted besides the primary color. After almost 4 years, I'm over it. (Nail tech in pic for reference)

A Charming place! Everyone was so happy and kind. I have had over 100 sets of nails put on in my live time. What impressed me about this Salon was she skill of the nail technician. My nails are shaped perfect. They are thin to look at but curved at the right spot to look real. Thank you to my Nail tech My. I will be back.

Absolutely horrible experience that landed me in the hospital!!! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure, The nail lady yanked my toenail so bad that now I have to go to the hospital because I have an infection, on top of that The lady that did my fingernails completely messed up and one of my nails is now crooked. There was glue underneath my fingernails and when I told another employee, he helped me and took it out. I left him a five dollar tip for his service since he was not the one at fault for the incident. When I left the nail technician, who initially did my fingernails followed me outside to my car! and asked me why he had to fix my nails and why I gave him money. Extremely unprofessional I do not recommend at all.

Worst place ever I paid over 120 for my wife pedi and mani and the lady who do the job for my wife she has a horrible customer service she always said ( I dont know how to do that ) my wife aks for a different type of nails and she said I can’t do that super horrible place and we ask for a manager and she refused and said it was not one at the moment don’t waste your money on this place ………..

EDIT: My toe is definitely infected and I’ll need to see someone at urgent care now. Again, AVOID this place like the plague. I’m writing this review 24 hours after getting a manicure and pedicure. The nail technician was too rough and I was bleeding afterward. My nails did not look good at all. One of my toes is throbbing and it hurts to walk on that foot now. I left this salon worse than how I walked in. I do not recommend this location at all.

Do great work. I go every 2 weeks. Always make an appointment and they get me right in. They are aways polite and friendly. Tried a couple other places and I like this best. Always leave satisfied.

Hi some of the lady’s have attitudes and the Chinese man looks at you like your out of this world since you enter the place , the lady’s look at you from head to toe talking in there language which you can not understand. I had to go back for something to be re due and the lady the took me in I can tell they were talking about me with her other coworkers in there language . This makes you feel weird and uncomfortable in this place . I mean your there to pay for what you want is not free and you should feel comfortable not uncomfortable Thanks and also speak English so we understand I went here cause I was highly recommended by someone but the lady’s and the Chinese men there should work on there attitudes and be nice to the people paying for there service . If I would give a no star I would. I didn’t like the people in that place Work on you people to the manager

Worst salon I ever came to if you don’t have time to do nails oh don’t remember you have appointments please don’t make customers wait sit you and move you and tell you wait another hour so disrespectful everyone is rude and salon smells horrible to humid and crowded first and last time save your money and time.

DO NOT GO THERE! My fiancé made an appointment here because her normal girl wasn’t available. She gets them done biweekly. We were told $75 for mani pedi. After it was all done the girl tells me the total was $87. The moment we get out and see her nails in the sun the polish was just bubbling and applied uneven. I’m not being Karen I’m genuinely telling you ANY other location will give better results and will be cheaper. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. You don’t deserve the same experience. Look elsewhere!!! Photos are 5 minutes after service.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great value, quality, especially Suzanne for nails and Sun for pedicure. I've been in Las Vegas since 1985 and this is by far my favorite place.

I had to walk out. First the lady could not seem to get my nails the same length. Then was ok with my toe nails being cut sideways. She thought this was acceptable.

I went here randomly one day because my olusual nail shop was closed. They did a great job on my nails and they stayed on forever! Definitely going back.

Only went for regular pedi. The place is dirty. Their doors and walls have spills, shows haven't been clean for months. There are spider webs on the back of the chairs waiting area. You can tell they don't sanitized the tables, chairs, the floors and likely their brushes.

The lady did the shape wrong. She had a meltdown she left. I’m waiting for my Fran’s nails to be done. Everybody has an attitude everyone through the speaking in a different language they don’t wanna speak in English. They didn’t want to get a manager then when the lady comes back out to do my friends nails, he tells her in another language, not to do them, and to go somewhere else they don’t know how to do any nail shapes only nail shape they know how to do is coffin. They don’t know how to do any other shape , and they don’t have powder they only have nail polish. They don’t know how to do designs and I didn’t get the shape I wanted Only 4 days later my nail polish peeled off lmao that are terrible

The one star I'm giving this place is for Tina, my Mom and I use to travel miles to get our pedis done here with Tina and that elderly lady, now they get pressed if you even ask for them. Apparently she left, and I found her a few months ago at a different salon but she left there now too. If anyone finds out where she went please do tell. From the sounds of it they were not kind to her here. The guys here are rough and don't know what they're doing, the other ladies I've tried just were not as good. And the main lady the one that speaks the most English that mostly does manis is rude AF as soon as I asked for Tina she left me standing there didn't even give me a wait time. I literally just walked out of there, after driving 10 miles here, with so many other shops in town, don't give them your money guys. They don't appreciate their loyal clients and apparently don't appreciate their workers and do nothing but exploit them.

This nail salon has given both a friend & I ingrown toenails TWICE. They could benefit from having more color options, should be a lil more friendly & maybe play some music so the vibe isn’t so awkward…on the bright side they’re cheaper than any other salon that offered pedicures 🤷🏻‍♀️ (in this area)

Horrible. Made an appointment in the morning for 2 o clock that afternoon for two full sets Came in waited 45 min before any one even addresses us. Then proceeded to say could only do fullset if short no designs on one fullset, so my grandmother agreed just to at least get started. Then told us it would be after her for mine to for started. When asked why make an appointment if qe are having to sit and wait as walk in, we xame together to get them done together, lady response was "stop giving her a hard time (when no hard time was given, sample question) and that they are short whats she supposed to do!" My opinion not make an appointment if your short. OnLY reason im staying is the one thats down street is closed for chineae holiday of some short, and I have a job interview. While writing this a lady called and they put it on speaker , asking for a manager, the lady held phone in air calling for manager and then proceeded to act like she didn't understand her after she told her no manager. Then sat and placed games taking the lady number while taking . ... get this , an appointment. Horrible

I scheduled an appointment for a full set and pedicure. I showed up to my scheduled time, explained that I would just be receiving a full set because of time restraints. I was told I needed to wait or reschedule because I changed my appointment. I asked if I could just get my money back from my gift card so I could go elsewhere and the manager told me she would not give me the money back and that it’s my fault for changing my service. I explained that I did not change my service, I just was no longer doing the pedicure. She said that it was my fault for not calling them and telling them that I was changing my service. This is my second time here. The first time my gel polish peeled 2 days after I got a full set. I do not recommend this shop.
