The nail tech was rushing but there wasn’t anyone waiting for her. She cut my nails much shorter than I wanted even after I showed her a picture of my inspiration. I gave them another chance, and they screwed up again! My natural nails were filed so much that they started stinging! The pain was honestly unbearable. I asked the tech to stop. I had sensitive nails for several weeks after that. They were ultra thin and have signs of damage with pink spots that I cannot touch because it is too sensitive. Please DO NOT come here. This is not a hate review or a joke. I genuinely am concerned about this salon. Maybe they need to be inspected to verify tech licenses.

I always have Laura do my nails. She's quick and always does my nails how I want them. My nails never break. She leaves my nails looking very pretty . I highly recommend Laura 😊

I love Natural Nails & Spa! I’ve been a customer for just over a year now and I will not go anywhere else. The salon is clean and welcoming. Everyone is professional, sweet and talented. I receive tons of compliments on my nails! I highly recommend Natural Nails & Spa.

I love this nail place! All the techs are super nice, they only accept cash or zelle. They have an ATM inside if you need to get cash. They have a ton of color options and service options.

What a ripoff. They charge you for a service you ask for and they don’t even do it yet they charge you anyway. Nails ugly BULKY they put so many layers it’s ridiculous I didn’t ask for a TikTok challenge how many layers you can add on to my nails. The service rude. Simple short ugly nails $98 that I had to redo myself. Only went here because it was close by never again. Just go to 3D Nails they do an amazing job. For what I got they always charge me $45 with designs, diamonds.

Never go and get services done at this place worst place ever!! I was cut with drill while getting a manicure that was not even finished nor performed like a manicure should. Cockroaches in bathroom! The tools being used were not sanitized in machines! Person performing service walked out of salon when I refused to continue with service, I’m assuming he wasn’t licensed! Worst place I have ever attempted to get a service at!!!

The lady that did my pedi was great no problems and the girl that did my mani was nice enough but made my fingers bleed and my nails/fingers hurt for a few hours. Plus my nails look ok. Not too happy.

I showed them Nail Tech a picture of what I wanted she did the colors right how I requested but the design and the flowers were not anywhere near what I asked I let her know right away no I don't want it like that I want it like this and she said no no no this is fine this is pretty this is fine so she pretty much did what she wanted

DO NOT GET ACRYLIC NAILS HERE, THEY USE THE ILLEGAL ACRYLIC POWDER, my nails are IN PAIN and I’ve used pure acetone 2 times to try to take them off. Horrible , horrible service. ITS TOO EXPENSIVE and they use the ILLEGAL POWERS!!!!!

Mom & I tried out Natural Nails. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment for 4:30pm. We got in a little after because there was no available handicap parking in front of the salon. We had to wait a little bit, but it was no big deal. Mom got gel polish with her manicure & was very happy with how it turned out. She followed it up with a pedicure, but didn't want gel polish. She's losing her hearing, and the technician wasn't trying well enough to explain or didn't have the patience to understand her. She ended up with gel polish for her pedicure, and said the technician was rough on her feet. She tried to get their attention, but she felt she wasn't being heard, and that the tech did what they wanted-even giving her a french tip and charging additional for it. The end result was satisfactory, but she wasn't excited to pay for a service she didn't want. I was fine with my services: gel polish mani & pedi. I was disappointed in no real massage with either, especially for the price, but happy with what I walked out with on my nails and toes. Lastly on the service: Typically, we would end up sitting next to other at these salon dates, so I can clarify services for her, or explain to the technician that she's hard of hearing, has weaken limbs and to be a bit more gentle. It didn't happen this time, and I should have seen that and cancelled my services so I can stand by and make sure she was okay. She was already embarrassed by how she was treated and didn't want to say anything when I went to pay. She felt intimidated by her tech. I did not know any of her experience until we got into the car, and I'm disappointed in myself for not watching out for her more carefully.

Walked in with my mom, asked for 2 gel manicures, both technicians available were eating/drinking as we walked in; they began to gather their supplies and I asked them to wash their hands b4 touching my mom/I. Although annoyed the technician doing my moms nails proceeded to wash his hands(thank you sir) the technician assigned to me sat in front of me and refused to wash her hands, then got up and said "you could wait for someone else to do your nails." She is the "head technician" the 1st station as you walk in. In summation, she's nasty and unsanitary.
