Tried this place for the first time. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience! Mai, the nail Tech was meticulous and detailed. Zero pain. My nails look great. She even gave me a neck massage which was a pleasant surprise. I think I’ve found my go-to nail salon. Highly recommend.

RUN AWAY. Awful gel nail experience. Tech was moving so fast that work was beyond sloppy and the single worst gel manicure od my life. She over-filed my nails and left huge gaps on the sides. When I asked her to fix it, she did for two nails and not the other two. No cuticle cleanup. Just straight to the drill and paint. The light machines were FILTHY inside and I saw no cleaning of equipment/tools. There is no hand massage and no customer service. Complete waste of money. I tried to politely speak up for myself and was ignored. I should have read the reviews first. Save your time, money, and heartache, and go to a different nail salon.

I found this place on a whim because my sister needed her nails done last min and the service she got was impeccable however that was not the case for me.. I came a few days after her and wanted something I would consider simple. Full set, coffin nails, simple black polish and a matte finish. I also wanted a pedi with gel polish… 1st issue, the guy working on my toes went so deep into my cuticles it cut it pretty bad. He had to put an ointment on it for sanitary reasons I assume. I ddnt say anything and just ignored it because I just wanted it finished. Then he proceeded to mess with it and kept tryna go deeper. Idk what he was looking at but I had to yell HEY ! For him to stop. And tell him it’s already bleeding and hurting. Aside from that, he trimmed my nails poorily and I would rate the paint job a C+. Onto the full set now.. she came to me as I was getting my pedi so they were working on my hands and feet at the same time. I could immediately tell she was rushing and just try to get it done. She not only cut 2 of my cuticles to where they bled as well, but my nails were all uneven! When I said something she clearly had an attitude.. then here comes the time for the matte polish. after she applied , my nails started looking like a snicker. I waited to see if she would notice to fix them but had I not said anything she would’ve let me walk out that door happy to take my money. Smh, when I said something , AGAIN the huffs and puffs with a subtle but clear attitude. Now not even a full WEEK out and these nails are chipping. I will never give this place another chance. My whole experience was TERRIBLE..

Really bummed as I've been coming 1-2x a year for about 8 years. They were so friendly and attentive at the beginning but less so recently. My last visit, the tech started working on a 2nd client while still finishing on me... no biggie, except they were using one set of efile tips between us and definitely using the same sanding band on both of us. The dip was lifting at 10 days. I ended up removing it on day 13 as I could get a nail under the edges and was too tempted to pick at it.

We went in for two manicures. They tried SO HARD to talk us into gel or dip. We simply wanted manicures. They were not nice because they weren’t able to charge us more. We paid $43 (not including tip) for two very crummy manicures. They refused to do any designs on my teen because she had very short nails - other places do it. I got an American and it was terrible. I have long natural nails and very specifically asked for white tips on just my tips. He put white halfway down the nail bed. I asked him to fix it which he very begrudgingly fixed but still left way too much of. Will not go back.

I did not have a good experience, I would never go there again. I get my nails done once or twice a year. I made a mistake which nail I wanted and asked if they could fix it, one of lady’s started yelling me and told me I would have to pay double for them to fix it I said I would pay whatever it cost I just need my nails fixed. Not good customer service and it’s never ok to yell and scream at some and also the two lady were talking looking me talking me in their language not ok to be disrespectful.

I love this nail salon! They do a fantastic job every time. I've been to quite a few salons trying to find a good one and came across this salon last Thanksgiving. They were so kind and attentive. My coworker and I go get our nails done every 3 weeks or so, and we've been to others because they were closer to work, but we still always come back to this salon now. They give massages with your manicure and pedicures! I always leave with my nails looking great and they LAST! I do the dip manicure and they hold up so well.

The first time had an amazing experience . Coming back a couple months later made an appointment. A young gentleman did my pedicure had the Deluxe did not add the water t*** additive to change the color of the water. He put way too much oil on he was rude. I tried to call back to complain and they would not get a manager injure.

They are very kind and attentive. I always leave satisfied. I get gel or dip and my nails never chip or break. The dip is also not bulky.

Me and my daughter went to get pedicures today. Their were 4 Caucasian ladies being serviced with pedicures already. They took us to be seated for pedicures and the gentlemen adjust the water and we sit. A few minutes after we get seated 2 other Caucasian ladies come in for pedicures. One lady said, “will you be able to get me on I have to leave by 5:30.” The workers responds, but I’m not certain what she says. The worker waits a few minutes and comes to tell me we have to wait because the other lady has somewhere to be. That’s not my problem and it was very rude. She wanted to service the other ladies, but not us. It was so rude! I’ve never been treated that way before. My black dollars don’t spend the same I assume. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!’ We walked out with no apology. I will NEVER go back.

Today was my first time going here. I was not disappointed. It was clean and well organized. Ambiance was relaxing. I waited maybe 5 minutes. My nail technician was Long. He was polite and professional. He is was very meticulous with the nail shaping and even clipped my cuticles at the end. They were so beautiful and natural looking I opted for clear polish. Last but not least my service included a neck and shoulder massage! I have never experienced this. I would definitely recommend this salon. Oh and all that for $51.

*******Rude! The technician scrubbed my feet then held the dead skin up to my face and asked me if I wanted to take it home with me. When I confronted her about it she said it was only a joke. Never again. Very basic work on acrylics. If you want really professional looking nails, don’t waste your time. They rush you in and out. Nails bumpy and misshapen, different lengths and sloppy. Lots of old polish that is lumpy and dull in appearance.

I’ve been to a lot of salons, and each time I come to this salon, I know I’m walking out with quality service and money well spent. I appreciate the time Mi puts into her dip manicures, and I received the best pedicure from her - genuinely the best. They have a great pedicure menu to choose from as well!

The lady who did my nails (I am almost positive she was the owner) was so rude and had a terrible attitude. I brought a picture to clearly show what color I wanted. Wanted a dark gray, got dark purple. Tried to point out several places where my nails were not even covered with polish, and she grabbed my hand and shoved it back into the dryer. I was in shock. Darn near took a chunk out of my finger with the drill. Hurt so bad. But overall just the attitude I was given trying to point out clear issues with her work (which I never do because I hate making people feel bad and I hate confrontation but it was THAT BAD) was so intense I could have cried. And again just shocked how she grabbed me… I gave up, let her finish, and she proceeded to tell me to pay now and I did and still tipped (because I just have to do what I feel is right I guess) and left as quickly as I could feeling so sad, awkward, and mad. Never again.
