I love Natural Opulence! I started my new hair journey with her Queen Micro Locs & I love them already in the baby stage! I also started using all her natural skin & hair care products as well as her great customer service! She is professional and a God fearing woman! The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The owner is professional and makes sure you are throughly educated about the process. She is very punctual and respectful of your time. She has quality products at a reasonable price as well. My daughter loves her locs!

Yesterday, I had my consultation to begin my Loc journey with Rochelle, owner of Natural Opulence. She is extremely knowledgeable of her craft and she is determined to assist her clients in taking care of their hair naturally (vegan) with chemical-free products which some I’ve already used. I’m so excited to begin this journey with her being my exclusive Natural hairstylist. I feel she’s a master of her craft and I’m willing to learn from her and allow her to maintain my locs. She has a very sweet spirit and I believe that my locs will be installed and cared for with love. Thank you, Rochelle, for bringing me into your family of Loc Queens. I had Queen Microlocs installed at Natural Opulence Salon by the amazing Rochelle Woods. It was definitely a peaceful, relaxing escape from my busy life. She is so warm and engaging. I felt comfortable right away and had the best experience during the installation. I was already excited but the atmosphere and the fellowship was the cherry on top. This salon is described as the "Perfect escape from the ordinary" and that is certainly befitting because it is anything but ordinary. One of the best salon experiences I've ever had.

My time with Rochelle was a complete pleasure. She is passionate about toxin-free living from head to toe inside and out to help women reach their optimal health. You can tell that it is Rochelle’s absolute joy to play a part in supporting women uplevel their lives through their hair. It is in the ambiance of her salon, her professionalism, her desire to make sure her clients are comfortable be it turning down the AC or making sure they take bathroom breaks and stopping to eat, the enjoyable conversation, her gentleness in handling your hair and quickly acknowledging that something (parting coily tight hair or locking close to the scalp) may have been a little uncomfortable and making sure you’re okay. It is also the knowledge she possesses and passes on to her clients about hair health, locs, and how to maintain healthy tresses through diet, hydration, proper product usage, and routines. My two days spent with Rochelle flew by and I am beyond happy with my decision to choose her. There are a lot of talented locticians in Memphis, but being plant-based and someone who practices healthy eating, living, and natural health for over 10 years, Rochelle was just the right fit for me. BLESS JESUS 4 the care, professionalism & atmosphere that's cultivated n this business that I felt during my initial consultation. I am most grateful for the genuine care & concern shown by the owner. In comparison to other experiences when I tried a new stylist they would tear down the prior services I had received therefore diminishing the quality of my hair. Not here even knowing my mind was not fully set on going on this journey she spoke of the natural beauty, consistency, thickness, & healthiness of my hair for that I respect her the more. Also for that, I would recommend Natural Opulence to anyone desiring this journey😇🥰😇😇

Great customer service and love the natural ingredients! My favorits are the tree braids maintaince kit and the peppermint & tea tree charcoal facial soap. My absolute favorite is the sweet delights hair perfume & glossifier. Just wished I lived closer to visit the salon.

I’ve had breakouts for years triggered by hormonal imbalance. I also suffered from the scaring. I came across the natural opulence page on Instagram and decided to try the turmeric soap. Since I’ve been using the soap, my skin cleared up and my marks are actually fading! Not to mention my skin is glowing!!Not only is this soap amazing, Mrs. Woods is very warm and accommodating. I’ve only communicated through email and was able to gather that her heart is genuine and she’s a woman of integrity!! You def will not regret patronizing this business.

My Queen microloc consultation was, June 2020. Upon first meeting Rochelle, I knew she would do an outstanding job on my hair (kinky-less) and I would book my appointment THAT day! She was very informative about the loc process (mind you, she has a head full of beautiful healthy microlocs) and knowledgeable about my grade of hair. I immediately scheduled my installation for August 2020. We completed the installation in two days and it was quite the experience. Rochelle provides a serene salon environment - it is quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, and the air is filled with floral and herbal scents. Her handmade hair products are impeccable, of which she uses all during your salon experience. I have returned twice since my initial installation, and I count down the weeks between retightening sessions to get that required "Me" time. Queen microloc'ing my hair and using Rochelle's vegan hair products is the best choice I have made regarding my hair! Take the plunge and get Queen Microloc'd.

My micro loc installation was installed May 2020! First, Rochelle Woods( owner and installer)is a child of the Most High God! She don’t only care about your hair. She motivates self love! 🤗 Back to my micro locs, I love them! I was afraid because my hair is thin but she assured me that it would be okay and it is!😃 The place is clean and peaceful. I don’t know where to start with Rochelle. I’ve never experienced such a class upscale salon until I sat in her chair. She treated me like I was royal, from giving me my first consultation to checking to see if I made it home after traveling 4hours. After my consultation, I kept in touch with her throughout my waiting to get my installment. I was a bit nervous at first, but after talking and reassuring her, I knew that everything was going to be alright. Coming from out of town, I didn’t know much about the hotel and the cost. Rochelle emailed me the information to different hotels and called to make sure I made it safely. Once I got into the chair. We watched various shows, talked about food and hair. I knew, without a doubt, how to take care of my hair before I even left the chair. We had lunch together, and she offered to buy me lunch. If anyone cares about their hair, the comfort of having someone to care for you, and the well being of your hair, I recommend her to the highest level. Rochelle will go above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Thanks, Rochelle, for being a standout. You rock !!!!

I'm now part of the loc family & I thank Rochelle Woods for making that happen! Even before I got her signature locs installed, she was readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Her response time was amazing & the reason why I didn't seek out another loctician. I knew I was in good hands during our consultation! Installation time was expected as I have alot of thick hair. We had good music, great conversations & old school TV time to make the time pass by! I'm looking forward to this new hair lifestyle/journey knowing that she’s just a call, text & email away.

I've been going to this salon for about 4 years & some change. Even though the services has changed a little its still a wonderful experience. Products that are natural, organic & freeing Mrs. Rochelle has it. And if she doesn't, she about to get or can tell you where to get it. Its more than a salon. Its a home away from home & a chill relaxing experience. She's very sweet & down to earth. Spend any amount of time there, you will feel the positive spirit & vibe. She also carries soaps, lotions, hair products to name a few. Very professional & attentive to detail. Products looks so good, you really don't want to use it cause its so pretty but u will free the difference from other products once you do! Even if I go bald, she has a customer/ friend for life!

I recently purchased the facial products kit. I love the natural ingredients used in the products. I was an avid user of a commercial product however I love this new facial kit by Natural Opulence Salon. I love how my skin feels and looks after each use. Let’s go for more natural products ladies.
