My interactions with this salon were through Miriam only. I purchased what I thought was a deal! 2 1-hour facials for $84, from Groupon. I had my first experience at the salon on August 14, 2024. That day, I was less than impressed. The salon is fair, in terms of ambiance. The service was not good. I have received one other facial - ever, and this was only my second, so I didn’t have a wealth of knowledge as to what was “normal.” However, while receiving the facial, my recurring thoughts were “Will she do anything different anytime soon, I wonder?” And “I wish this part where warm air blows at one side of my face would be over already.” This part of the facial, where I was left unattended in the room alone probably took about 15 minutes. Since then, I hesitated to claim the second one, since the first was so bad, but I decided to try once again. I scheduled online in the groupme app. There was some confusion, with an error message, so I tried again, and unfortunately 2 additional appointments were booked. When Miriam called to discuss this issue with me, she was extremely rude. I have since had other interactions with her to try to get the scheduling squared away and each interaction, she is short-tempered and apparently disgusted with me, judging by her tone of voice. I will not go back to claim the second. I would not recommend this service or salon.

I was trying to buy the special that I saw on Groupon Two for one 60-minute facial, thinking it was for two people. I tried calling the store several times and each time I got the voicemail. I finally sent her a email asking about my Groupon and she finally called me back like 30 or 40 minutes later. She said that the Groupon that I purchased was for one person and if I wanted to purchase another for my friend I would have to do it in the store or through the website and that she only had one time available which was an hour before my supposedly time. I told her that I would do it through the website and purchase. We had an argument over phone, because I was asking about when I can use the other Groupon and she kept stating that it was only for me. I told I understand that and I wanted to make the facial Groupon a gift for my friend or switch it over for my friend because it was for her birthday. And she said she would need her information and she will put it in the system. Then I told her that it was a surprise and that I didn't want her knowing about it. I didn't know the Groupon that I purchased was for one person or else I would have selected it as a gift. Then she went back to the Groupon I purchased. I tried changing it on Groupon or editing it where it can be a gift for my friend, but it wouldnt let me. I was very disappointed, because this would have been our first time trying out her and I was not feeling her energy and attitude over the phone. Hopefully in the future, if I sign up for her services again, I will not have this problem again

I had such a great experience at Natural Scents Spa! I got a facial and eye treatment, and it was a very relaxing, effective treatment. I have problems with acne and redness, and after my time here my skin legitimately looks the best it has in over a year! I will definitely return and recommend this spa to others.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience with Mariam the owner . I received a facial for acne prone skin and she was extremely knowledgeable about all skin issues but was super helpful in regards to acne treatments . The facial flowed nicely , you can tell this is her passion , she has a nice system that shows she’s very experienced . My favorite part was the to die for face massage and the steam. Overall I had a 5 star experience with her and would highly recommend her services. And also she wore a mask, she was super clean and aware of all Covid guidelines I get very comfortable.

I've never been able to relax at a spa, EVER, but that all changed today when I visited Natural Scents! My facial was relaxing and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. My husband actually noticed how different (good!) my skin looks. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

*BEST SPA EXPERIENCE!* I came to my appt. with severe acne inflammation & woke up the next day to see a 90% improvement in those areas, an overall radiance and clarity to my complexion that I had only seen once before which was after a week-long retreat to the tropics. No joke. I have never been so relaxed and pampered! This is something I will be doing regularly. Results are immediate and the space is SO soothing! I HIGHLY recommend the light therapy/aroma therapy facial as gift to yourself or someone you care about. Unforgettable experience.

Miriam at Natural Scents Spa has done miracles with my skin. When I started going to Miriam my skin was dehydrated and extremely sensitive from all the peels and treatments I had experienced at other spas. Miriam has a very natural approach to skin care which I love because I am not interested in invasive or harsh treatments. I take advantage of their LED light therapy during every visit to naturally produce collagen (versus synthetic fillers). The combination of the light therapy with the anti-aging facials and treatments have diminished my fine lines greatly as well as hydrated my skin giving it a youthful glow. Prior to going to Miriam I was also still experiencing occasional breakouts, but my skin never breaks out anymore! I'm 47 years old and this is honestly the best I've ever felt about the appearance of my skin! I am complimented all the time and asked what my secret is....my secret is Miriam and Natural Scents Spa. Once you go there you will never go anywhere else!! Thank you Natural Scents Spa.
