I went there for a massage. She said 50 dollars. 30 mins and 70 an hour. I got in there with 85 dollars and she said for an hour massage is 30 tips. What type of business is that? First time in my life.🤦🏻‍♂️ terrible customer service.

I had a great massage here! The therapist, I think her name was Anna, paid special attention to my shoulders and worked hard on the knots there. I felt a lot better afterwards! I called a couple hours ahead of time on the same day and got in. It was a no fuss, easy experience. I arrived about 15 minutes early and another woman greeted me. She didn't speak English, but she showed me where the bathroom was and politely showed me to the massage room. It was all clean and nice. Anna did some multi-tasking during the massage such as answering a call and stepping out of the room to speak with someone but she kept those very brief & still gave me all the time I paid for. I like how conveniently located this place is for me. As soon as I have time, I'll be back!

This was an amazing experience! First I was late cause of my issues but she took me anyway. I have been having terrible shoulder pain. She worked her magic and I have been feeling great since. I will be going back every chance I get. Very affordable..

Went in for an hours couples massage with my wife. Both our masseuses were talking and laughing the entire massage. On top of this, her masseuse had placed her phone under my wife's pillow and was texting during the massage. My wife was unsure during and did not want to falsely accuse her. However, at the end of the massage we saw her grab her phone out from under her pillow and leave. Upon telling the lady who I suppose was the manager on duty in front of the masseuse she simply said sorry and agreed it was not allowed. However, nothing was done about it? To finish this experience off, as we were leaving the manager on duty asked us are we going to hip her. No??

I was the unfortunate victim of a hit and skip and was incredibly tense and sore. I also spend a ridiculous number of hours on planes, laptops, and other electronic devices for work. After an afternoon in the ER, my neck and shoulder muscles were threatening to squeeze my brain through the top of my head. The commercial massage chains were all unavailable to meet my immediate needs. With a little research and a quick phone call, I was seen same day, with about an hour and a half notice. Clean, friendly and exceptional skill. This is a massage spa that is an untapped resource for women and wellness. Best results, exceptional massage technique, fantastic customer service, and worth making this a weekly event. You owe it to yourself. I hope to see you there.

Horrible experience!!! DO NOT GO. We made two appointments for the same time and when we arrived they said we needed to come back in 1hr...or they could take only one of us right then. So one of us stayed and during the massage every-time the phone rang the therapist would answer it and stop the massage. The door to the room was left open! Another co-worker came in a few times and had a full conversation!....so rude and unprofessional. The experience was not at all relaxing or professional. AND when it was time to pay, the therapist strongly insisted we give her a $30 tip! Don't waist your time or money here like we did.

They do a great job! Best massage I ever had. Very professional and they give you the full time limit. It isn't like a lot of places where your appointment is at 4:00 they take you back 15 minutes later and stop at scheduled time instead of when your session starts.
