I was nervous for my first massage and Flecha was very friendly, explained everything, and made the whole experience very comfortable. Not sure who I spoke to when I booked on the phone but he also made recommendations and the folks at the front when I came in were friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

My regular Neuro Muscular Massage therapist was out of town and I needed therapy. Nathan did an great job. He got me out of a place of pain. I recommend Natural Therepeutics.

Natural Theraputics used to be a great, reasonable place to go. Now, every time you go in the rates have changed - not just once a year, but multiple times. I realize the economy has changed but it would be interesting to know how much of the additional price is actually being paid to the massage therapists? Also, the "therapeutic" massage discussed uses "pressure therapy to break stress/tension" but they will charge you for the neuromuscular massage if you chose certain therapists. The massages are great if you want to pay the price.

We are from out of town and love to get massages when we travel! This place was very professional and great prices! Ariana and Nathan did a great job on my boyfriend and I. They focus on the spots you tell them you have issues with. Foot massage was also awesome!

I decided to treat myself to 90 minute session because 60 minutes always feels too short. And it was AMAZING. I’ve never been here before but I will definitely keep returning. Arianna had the perfect pressure and she turned the bag of rocks called my back into a much more relaxed state. Thank you!

If you want a fantastic massage and easy scheduling check this place out! My husband got me a gift certificate and I am so happy he did! Definitely my new place! I did not choose a therapist and I’m sure they are all wonderful but, I will be requesting Nate every time I come back! Highly recommend ☺️

By far the best massage I have ever had! Nathan has the perfect touch worked out knots I’ve had for months. I highly recommend seeing and letting him melt all your stress away. Best money I have spent in a long time!

I have been coming here for about a year now and it is great. I love the environment. Just about every massage therapist I've tried has been really good. I have had particularly great experiences with Flecha and Ana. Myron at the front desk is also super helpful and very kind. Membership is super worthwhile. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent service from the initial call to Kim at the front desk. It was clean, I was seen on schedule., and the massage was professional. Marina was great. I will definitely be back!

What a great find! The owner and the staff are all very pleasant to work with and passionate about helping people. The session was thorough and professional and I felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend scheduling a session and giving this place a try!

The massage from Fletcha (sp) was amazing. I purchased a Groupon and got lucky enough to see him. He was so good that I bought a second grpupon and scheduled a second massage before I even left my forst appointment. However, when I went to pay for the second massage the desk guy told me, at that time, that I couldn't use the second groupon I purchased. So I paid the $100 for the massage and asked about the $70/hour which was posted. The desk guy then told me, "oh, you can pay $70/month and get 1 massage for that price. With that, you pay only $75 for each additional massage after that." I then said, "oh, can I just pay the $70 today then, to join the member and pay the $75 per massage?" The desk guy pauses, re-explains the whole membership deal. Then says, "oh, looks like the payment already went through for the $130. Can't refund it. But you can pay for a membership now if you'd like to run your card again for $75 additional dollars. That will cover your membership." That to me is a Jenny way of doing business. Why didn't he tell me that before I paid the $130? Especially since I wrote on the "Comment" section of the original appointment, "I'd like to learn more about your membership options"

My daughter’s massage was pretty bad. The woman seemed unhappy to be there and disinterested in anything I had to say before hand. I’m looking for a new place to take my daughter on a regular basis and this was not it. It was supposed to be a neuromuscular massage and my daughter’s first comment in the car was “mom you can do more in 10 minutes than that person did in an hour”. She was recommended to me while making the appointment with the owner, so it was pretty disappointing.

15 year massage therapist here- Wonderful welcoming atmosphere and great quality massage. Proper draping techniques and respectful experience. Shout out to Nathan for helping me and problem solving a chronic issue. I not only feel better, I feel encouraged!

When you walk into the massage place you are taken into a comfortable seating area, warmly lit to get you into the mood of relaxation before your massage. You are offered one water prior to the massage and they inform you where the restroom is as well. My massage was with Stephane and she was amazing. She asked what massage level I wanted which is explained on their website 1 being the lightest touch all the way to 10 being a deeper touch. She really worked through the knots and gave me the best full body with targeted points neuromuscular massage ever! My friend and I both wished they had a massage place like this near where we lived. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and will be back when I’m back in town. Thank you!

Been getting my massages here since i was pregnant back in 2021, they are so amazing here! My favorite therapist no longer works here but she was amazing and did great prenatal massages.

Everyone there was really friendly, and the girl that did my massage was really good and I felt great afterwards. The business must be in a really old location though. The carpets were stained and held together with masking tape, and it smelled like a really old person's dusty attic covered up by essential oils. Not good for dust allergies or asthma.

I've only been there a couple times so far, but those were wonderful experiences. Their receptionist is incredibly professional, quick, and personable, the rooms have heated beds, and the massages themselves make me forget I have arthritis. You owe it to yourself to try this place.

Let me please start by saying, from the moment you step in the door, to the moment you step out- you will be greeted & surrounded with genuine energy. Misses Z really has a knack for hiring the good ones. #SheKnows Justyn at the front of the house .. she is kind, gentle-natured, & very helpful. Please keep her around. The setting is great. It’s not very bright in there, thank goodness, their ambient lighting helps relax me pretty fast. I dislike getting out of a massage & the lights are waiting for me & my soul afterwards. It just resets the brain too fast. ;-) These gals really know how to do it. A wonderful experience. I love the ceilings that are tufted with a billowy flowy haven of pillowed goodness. (I'm unfortunately allergic to fragrance that is artificial & WIN WIN- it is also a safe space for me.. HUGE.) I was with Airika earlier today .. she was everything. She got into places that really needed help & I hadn’t but a clue. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would 11/10 recommend her talents to anyone who needs a great massage. To all the badass Motherfu¢kÉr$ out there that can take the pain. This is where you go to heal! I was so low I was ready to end it all with the amount of pain I was in. No exaggeration, 15 years of pain, and it's the kind where you cannot move. Flat on your back for days, weeks, years. My entire body has been broken for a very very long time. Half a dozen attempts at physical therapy, all failed. Telling someone it's difficult to get up again after failing so many times is definitely an understatement. You will need to find your strength again before walking this path, so prepare your mind as much as your body. It's one thing to take the pain, but you must also stay relaxed while in pain so she can work the muscle, for an hour, and that is the hard part. Gummies Help! Learn some disassociation techniques. I work with Brandi. I have her go as deep as possible. She goes so deep she feels uncomfortable at my reaction to how much pain she puts me through. I tell her that if I pass out use that as an opportunity to go deeper since my muscles will be relaxed. I haven't passed out yet, but I shake and snot and cry all over the place, legs flailing. Screaming in pain from time to time of course. It's so deep you will not be able to control yourself. It will overload your nervous system from the pain signals. You will then cry and laugh and get sad and happy and angry and everything will be all out of whack. Then it gets better. Then it gets better. Then it gets better. You must be a little crazy to do this, but if you are at the end of your rope like me, grab some crazy pills and come on by! Brandi also does "normal" massages, as do many other therapists at Natural Therapeutics, so if you just want a nice happy day, they totally do that too!
