I got this as a gift. It was always hard to get ahold of this place. When I finally made an appointment it turns out the website had the wrong address . The lady did not accommodate me or was very helpful . I am not going to this place at ALL. I DONT suggest this place to ANYONE. 🤮

Terrible service,customers service, rude and very unprofessional appt was @10 no one was there till 10:30 didn't try too accommodating with anything first it was the old address then they were late for my appointment and i arrived 15 mins early i would never recommend a place like this especially being its privately own!!! Seem they wanna handle you any kinda smh

Purchased two Groupon massages for my wife and I. Set an appointment three weeks ago for massages today. Showed up at the address on the coupon to find out they have moved. Called the number provided and was told that they did move and weren't open for business yet but for us to come to the new address anyway. When we arrived at the new address the door was locked and another customer was waiting outside. She told us she went to the old address last week and was told to come to the new address today at the same time as our appointment. Neither of us was notified by this establishment to let us know that they had moved or gave us a chance to reschedule. I will be requesting a refund from Groupon. This is definitely NOT a place I would recommend. Avoid the scam.

Shouldnt even give one star. Terrible service. Schedule, reschedule, cancel & any excuse under the sun. I will not recomend this place to any one. The theapist had a head phone on & didnt hear that I didnt wanted my legs worked on. The therapist didnt seem to care. Aweful !

Had a great experience and the price was good as well. Will be back for sure. Comparable to any massage I have gotten anywhere else, except you aren't paying for atmosphere of a massage envy or fancy chain. Just depends on whats important to you, personally, I go for a good massage. Would highly recommend.

I loved my massage, was very professional and handled me with upmost respect.I had a male therapist he went above and beyond my expectations, I was sooo relaxed.Nice facility has waiting area with 4 or 5 rooms in back, I read that they also do acupuncture.Purchased a groupon for this was a very good deal, only flaw was the person working the desk he did not have customer service skills at all, would recommend my friends and family.

despite the difficulty of getting in touch with them at first, once I did, I have had 2 great massages there so far. Professional and soothing massage. The gentleman does need to learn people communication skills (I suggest he remind people to use bathroom facilities first, drink plenty of water afterward, etc). But he gave a great massage.

Found this place on groupon but did not purchase because I was unable to contact the establishment first. Once there, I asked about the groupons and was told that they would honor the groupons in house. Instead of being charged the $39 offered by the groupon for 60 minute deep tissue massage, I was offered a "deal" of $60 for the deep tissue massage. The young man then told me that I would have to wait a day before I could use a groupon so it is better to use in house... yeah, something was not right with this situation. I left and reschedule for day after I have purchased the groupon.
