I started my locs with a different stylist but decided to switch for a better experience. I’m glad I chose this salon, it is lovely , everyone is friendly. Bridget listened to me and repaired my locs , and explained every step to me. I look forward to maintaining my locs with her.

Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Cudos going out to Brigette, she did my Loc maintenance and the shampoo was off the chain. Will be my go to spot when visiting NC.

Ms. Bridget is very knowledgeable about hair. At my first appointment she explained how to maintain a healthy crown by teaching me how my hair grows. I was amazed at how she knew the problem areas in my scalp were due to a certain medication and recommended natural herbs/vitamins to discuss with my physician before taking. Naturally Free Natural Hair Lounge has amazing customer service. I just started coming here after moving from another state and I feel at home. Thank you, Ms. Bridget and to all the staff at NFNHL for making my experience so enjoyable each time.

Wow! Words cannot begin to explain my experience here. It's a whole entire vibe and I'm loving it! The people are so friendly and professional. This is my 2nd visit here and they came highly recommended. Tjuana hooked my locs up and had me feeling brand new when I left. Tjuana and Ms. Bridget are amazing! I've been able to see all of these ladies work on natural hair and everyone that leaves their chairs seem so pleased. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work is superb! I've seen Tiffany, Toya, Tjuana and Bridget care for clients and their individual hair needs. The shop is in a great location. I'll definitely come back again!

Stopped by since Google said they're near my neighborhood (Bridford & Big Tree). Miss Bridget helped me get situated & booked my appointment - very thorough in learning your needs and expectations. Just as thorough in executing and making sure you're good through the whole process. The products, the process, attention to detail, watching her take care of others & even the conversation I had with the barber all made for a great experience. Definitely recommending! Go here

I am extremely picky about who I let in my hair however when I stumbled across this company I was drawn in. Upon entrance into the establishment, I was overtaken with the sweet aroma of essential oils. I knew I was in the right place. When I sat in the chair to get my crown replenished, the energetic bond of the products and my crown was amazing. I recommend every natural Queen or King to check them out. This is a vibration you want to experience at least once. Thank you Black Queens for all you do in your customer experience.
