The lady charged me 100 dollars to mess up my hair and I still had to pay somebody else to re-do them smh what ah L experience 👎👎💯

DO NOT COME HERE! I never review or complain but I don’t want others to go through what i did. I went in to get my locs interlocked since my regular girl that does my hair wasn’t available, and the lady was 30mins late, as soon as she came in she rushed to the bathroom, there was another lady that washed my hair that was sick, kept coughing, and was on and off the phone with their electric people. NOT TO MENTION the lady damaged my locs, now i have holes in my locs because of her.. AND they charged me almost double what my typical lady charges. DO NOT GO HERE, call “love that hair” they will get you right. Nature Outer Beauty only care about the money and not the health or longevity of your Locs! DO NOT waste your time and money here, unless you want damaged locs. Very unhappy about this place.

DONT COME HERE the lady that did my boyfriends locs permanently damaged them because she doesn’t know how to interlock correctly. Thankfully for “Love That Hair” they have been working to repair them, but it’s going to take a while. The holes are huge…. Very upset with results :(

I come about every 3 months for a wash, deep conditioning, hot oil treatment then flat iron. Each time I come there it's a positive environment, good vibrations, loving staff and good conversations...oh yeah...GREAT MUSIC. Children friendly, NO CUSSING music or talking....yes. I'm old school every place I go has to be family oriented and NATURES OUTER BEAUTY SALON has it. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿🌹🌹🌹💜💜💜

Overpriced and all they care about is taking your money not the health of your hair. The lady that did my hair was 30 mins late, damaged my locs to where now they have holes in them. Don’t get waxed and taken advantage of here.

Great Experience, Ms Sarah did an awesome job during both my visits. She really took care of me for graduation. Got my first color done and it was beautiful. She a excellent job on my make-up, lashes and eye brows!! I definitely recommend and the services speak for themselves. Loc queen indeed!!!
