Worst massage I’ve ever had. Was given a gift card to this place by someone who doesn’t live in the area. Luckily I have a massage Monday with my weekly sports massage therapist who can work out the knot in my trap that I was given during this massage. Evident that that person giving me the massage had no idea as to muscle direction or really any technique whatsoever. Just uncomfortable hard rubbing, sometimes for so long in one area it actually hurt my skin. At the end my neck was rubbed in a manner that felt so wrong. I could not wait for this massage to be over and kept contemplating getting up before it was over. If you want an actual massage, go elsewhere.

Nature's Spa has provided a consistent and very relaxing experience. Easy scheduling and booking, their packages make excellent gifts for the family. All of the massage therapists are excellent and happy to accommodate any specific requests.

Suzan was amazing, she was so kind and great with making sure my experience was great! You should request her for massage and definitely for facials. The perfect pre birthday gift. The spa was very nice, friendly and I will be returning!

Nature's Spa was perfect. So serene, calm and relaxing. They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. Suzanne was my esthetician and was absolutely the best at getting my bags cleaned up. Also the foot massage was great. My girlfriend also has a facial by Jessica and was customized and simply the best we have ever had. We met the owner ( Cori) and chatted with the entire team. They all were the best. When we return to Charlotte, this will be a must stop for us. Keep up the great work.

Came here for a couples massage. The service was great. I felt very welcomed. The facial and massage were amazing. The fruit was absolutely spectacular. We came from Boston and Ethan gave us a bunch of great ideas and locations to visit while we’re down here!

As a spa enthusiast, I've been to many spas, and this one truly stands out. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The staff is friendly and responsive - able to answer any and all questions. Of course, Eminence products are top-tier! Nature's Spa and Wellness is my preferred spa in the area. Also, do yourself a favor and book a spa package. The tranquility spa package doesn't disappoint - loved the salt and milk bath. Book today.

My husband surprised me for our anniversary to get facials and massages and this place was overall such a spectacular experience. The staff were so welcoming as soon as we got there and the ambience was amazing. It smelled so good! The cleanliness was a 100000! they also recommended amazing products that made my face feel fabulous. We will definitely be back (:

A beautifully designed Zen atmosphere. The front desk staff is warm, and they communicate effectively. You will immediately feel at home. The massage therapist Christie is the best and warrants a mention. I truly felt she gave her best while attending to areas of my body I communicated needed attention. She has years of experience and it definitely shows in her work performance. The spa is very inviting…you can also purchase items if you like, but you are not pressured to purchase anything outside of what services you requested. I highly recommend Nature’s Spa and Wellness. This facility is very appealing and soothing to the senses. I will definitely return next month.

My husband and I went here for our first wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful massage ever! They even had a sign when we walked in wishing us a happy anniversary, which was so sweet and thoughtful. We got the deluxe couples massage, which included a delicious fruit and cheese plate and some wine/champagne to celebrate. The massage was amazing, my husband and I both feel like a new person after it! The staff was so incredibly kind and professional, and I cannot wait to go back for another massage or facial!

A very tranquil, lovely experience. Unlike many of the day spa locales in the city, this one actually feels like a spa. No combined hair salon or other activities, the entry is serene and though the common areas are not secluded, they are quiet. I went with a friend and the services as well as the niceties (putting her birthday on the entrance message board, sample bag) were top notch. The staffing was excellent and one of the best massages I’ve had locally. I would definitely go back.

The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful! Wonderful experience. Valerie’s facial was amazing and loved her product recommendations. I hate that I can’t remember my massage therapist name because hands down one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! He checked on comfort, temperature and pressure throughout the massage and very intentional in problem areas. Highly recommend!

Had a facial with Olivia last week. She is knowledgeable, polite, energetic, and an all around great esthetician. She evaluated my skin, and informed me what was best for me. Not any sales tactics, or anything like. Just a straight shooter who knows her stuff! Highly recommend and will be seeing this awesome person monthly!

My wife booked us a couples massage for a nice day date. This place was fantastic! They served us a nice beverage, wonderful selection of fresh fruit, chocolates, cheese, crackers… The facility is so tranquil, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse Sophia & Kelly were wonderful. They were kind, knowledgeable and amazing with their hands. This is the best massages I’ve ever had. We will def come back soon. Thanks again for the great service.

Planned a spa day for my hubby bday and it was perfect. The front desk coordinator and the service provider’s were very nice and helpful! Would definitely visit again when in town.
