Exceptional results from exceptional people. Run by the kindest woman I know, and staffed by a caring medical director and talented care team, this is the med spa to go to, hands down. Awesome to do treatments as a couple with friendsculpt, and they never make you feel pressured or rushed. It's a fantastic place and vibe. You're worth it, so if you're on the fence on a treatment, just call them to talk about it. Pricing is totally reasonable even though it's downtown. Really pleased and can't stress enough how great the staff is there. You're in good hands so don't go anywhere else. P.S. I am a real client!!!

Had the best experience here today, it was my first time at Nava Med Spa and first time doing a lip filler. Samantha was amazing!! I’m already in love, she made the entire experience so comfortable. I would recommend them over anyone else, and I’m extremely picky!

I cannot sing their praises enough! Not only is the office so lovely, the staff is kind and encouraging. I use both the medical clinic and the aesthetics clinic, and it has made a huge difference in how I both look and feel. I am getting healthier, with the help of 25 again, and it is such a big difference from how I felt before I started going to Nava Med Spa / 25 again!

NAVA is amazing! From making your appointment, to consultation, and then getting my treatment, everything was perfect. Mindy at the front desk was so sweet, she helped ease my anxiety and made the check in process so simple. Samantha is the best lip injector in Louisville- hands down. She made my appointment worry free with the consultation we had before the service. She answered any questions I had, listened to my concerns and reassured me before even starting the treatment. The lip filler was nearly pain free and Sam talked me through the entire process. Always so thankful for how kind the staff is & always leave loving my results!

Everyone at Nava med spa was very friendly as soon I entered the building. I was very nervous about getting lip filler but Sam answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable. She talked me through the entire process. It was not very painful at all with the numbing cream. I’m excited to go back for a consultation for Botox. Thank you Nava, I’ll definitely be back.
