It's a hit or miss with this place. Sometime they are good and sometimes they are bad. they did not speak a word of English, so they were unable to understand any of my requests. But they are very nice over there. And if you get a good one. You will not be sore anymore. Oh yeah, way too much oil. I felt like I was swimming in it. And too much time on my stomach. Hour and a half massage and having an hour on my stomach is way too much. Made me feel sick 😫.

I've had several massages throughout my life and this was one of the best massages I've had in a really long time. The price is amazing! I was fortunate enough to walk in with no appointment and got right in for an hour massage. This may not be one of the fancier spas but the customer service at the reception desk, the price and most of all the massage were absolutely the best! I definitely will be going back to see Sheena.

First time I went here it was decent, but I went back yesterday and left limping and in pain. When the guy at checkout asked how it went I told him she hurt my hip. Which I have pins in each of my hips. She pushed down on my hip very hard during the session. When I said owe she did stop and didn't do it so hard on the other hip. They both chuckled when trying to explain themselves and still charged the full amount of the service. She also waited there for me to give her a tip which the last massage therapists did not do. I now can not walk on my left leg properly and I'm headed to see my dr. She also burnt me twice with the hot stones. I wish I would've gotten her name, but I will never go back to this place. Be sure to tell them of any old injuries, because they do not ask. Also, my massage didn't mention any stretching services, so she shouldn't have been doing what she did. I've had that same stretch method at other professional establishments and had no issues after. She was entirely too rough and should've asked before she proceeded. Be aware and speak up!

Myself and my wife went for a full body massage for her 30th birthday yesterday. The experience was pretty disappointing and frankly, not very pleasant. During the massage there was a faint smell of garlic and onions which I couldn’t place where it was coming from, however, when my masseuse began to massage my face the smell began to become pungent and I realised the smell was coming from her hands. The smell was overwhelming as though she had prepped garlic and onions before coming to work but I just pushed through it because I didn’t want to ruin my wife’s experience as we were in the same room. Although, after the massage we both spoke about what our massages were like and both felt as though there wasn’t a huge amount of effort put in, and unfortunately she mentioned that she could also smell my masseuses hands too. I felt like a fool because I even tipped 20 in the end because I didn’t want to make an ordeal on my wife’s birthday.

Ella gave me the best massage ever! I went in feeling exhausted worn out and in pain. After 2 hours of a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, and Thai massage with hot stones I felt great! Thank you Ella!

First, I will not recommend this massage spa. Me, my husband and my auntie end up unsatisfied, disappointed and had an awful experienced during and after the massage. While the masseuse is massaging my right arm she pressed my b**b unintentionally (that’s what I thought) but then when she moved on the left arm she again pressed my left b**b, they should be careful especially it’s my sensitive part. My husband and auntie also had a bad experienced inside. (No need to tell,I want to cut it here). When we are about to pay, the guy in the reception told us to give tips, well he forced ask to pay tips, worst was he actually tell us the amount that we supposed to give. He didn’t accept the 5$ tip of my auntie and He also told us that it is not an easy job giving us 1hr of massage and 90mins of massage for my husband, and take note we paid them for those services + my husband already gave 20$ tip. This is the first time I had encounter this kind of massage spa. Instead of making you relax we got headaches. I will not go back in that place ever.

I came in as a walk in and got lucky that someone was able to see me. But it sounded like you can make appointments. Lucy was my massage therapist and she did wonderful work to find the tightest spots and really get into my lower and mid back as I need firm pressure. I hadn't told her which areas as I just felt generally stiff from holiday travel. She was professional about draping to cover areas she was not working on. They will offer upgrades like oils or stones during the massage but were not pushy about it when I declined, I think the first time she just didn't hear me well because I was face down and had brought out the stones. I was able to directly tip Lucy and all went fine with that. Easy parking and convenient in a large shopping center.

Once Nina started working here, all the staff seemed to pick up on her welcoming, warm vibe.. And the foot massages r heavenly if u go more the little bit more luxurious pedicure!

I used to have a membership to Massage Envy, but once I found this gem, I’ve been coming here ever since! You can request a specific masseuse, but honestly, every one is amazing in their own way. I always get deep tissue/ hard pressure, but my husband likes medium/light/relaxing. They’re good at it all! And the price is great- especially considering they don’t waste time, so you get almost every minute for your money! No extra charge for deep tissue. Their parrafin foot massage is a great introduction: fully clothed 1hour foot & body massage and foot wax for $25. Or jump on the $70 90minute body massage! They’re better than ME, a family run business, and the price is right! Don’t forget to get a stamp card- buy 10, get one free!

I've never been as disappointed with a massage as I was with this place. Such rude people. Employees keep walking in and out. If you're getting massage for an hour, good 15 minutes of it would be waist by their employees talking and leaving to talk with someone else outside. The person who's in charged asks for tip and if you say no, he is saying it's not optional and it's mandatory. He said I'm not the owner and you would need to speak to the owner, and when I asked him for the owner, he said no, you are rude . I've never had this experience anywhere else. Would never go there again.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I went in for a couples massage and the two masseuses were talking to each other the entire time making the whole experience very uncomfortable and unprofessional! On top of that they did not speak a word of English so they were unable to understand any of my requests. I ended up leaving with more pain then I came in with. Seriously avoid this location!!!!
