= Buyer beware situation. = Very pushy lady. Now the money isnt the issue but her 2 faced persona is. My wife had a hair cut there, this lady told her itll be $25 for her hair cut in the beginning and then after the lady raised it to $40 because her hair was apparently "too thick", snapped a $5 bill from my wife's hands as her "tip". Wife wanted a specific hair cut but very far off from it. Very un-neat, hair dryer and other product on the ground during her hair cut and very sweaty. After paying, me and my wife walked around the mall just to return to the second floor and this lady came all the way out 30 feet from her store to push me into cutting my hair as well.

The reason why I am leaving a bad review is because when I went there and asked for the price then she said "Usually is $50 but today JUST FOR YOU I will charge only $25 today is your special day" I was still hesitating because I never been there to cut my hair but she literally grabbed me from the wrist pulling me towards the inside. So I said "Ok sure" since it was cheap and I needed a haircut. But then after she was almost done cutting my hair she is like " OH I'M GONNA CHARGE YOU $40 CUZ YOU GOT A LOT OF HAIR AND I THOUGHT YOU ONLY HAD VERY LITTLE" ....Then when I payed her the $40 she was like " OH YOU ALSO HAVE TO GIVE ME THE TIP" She also said she moved to that location recently 'specifically she said 2 months ago" and that she was trying to build her clientele. So if she treats you nice and all that is just cuz she has no clients. She was very very pushy. I HONESTLY FELT RIPPED OFF BY HER TELLING ME IT WAS $25 THEN CHARGING ME $40 + TIP plus my haircut was horrible far far from what I wanted. I would have been fine if my haircut was at least what I asked for but not even that.

Really a hidden gem. Tried to find someone that knew a specific haircut and the stylist there, her name was Cindy, did an awesome job.

Shanna did an amazing job. She did an A line haircut and I love it. Shanna took her time and has a very gentle hands. She also taught me some hairstyling tricks which I desperately need cause I suck at it. Definitely worth it, will come back again for my next haircut. 😉

Shanna is very professional. I came in with my son and I love the website. It led me right to her I had no problem finding her and recommend anyone to call her to schedule an appointment.
