I booked a sewin with a closure with Naeemah at her "temp" salon on 6004 Landsdowe Ave. Even booked a consult 2 weeks before the appointment to make sure we were on the same page. However when she was done you could see my tracs AND my braids underneath fom the yop (this was after she supposedly installed 3 bundles?!!) PLUS she left a whole row of my own braided hair completely exposed on the side. The gaps between the stiches are so wide you can literally lift the tracs away from my scalp. I didnt see all this till I got home but i know she did and I can't believe anyone would let their clients walk out the salon the way she did. YET HERE WE ARE. she does not respond to her email posted on her site nor to any of the text I've sent asking she fix the issues. In addition i ordered hair from her to be delivered to my home. It was never shipped. Only after asking for my money back did it miraculously up at her salon just on time for my appointment?!! She always stayed in control of the hair and i never saw the actual bundles that i paid over $300 for. I dont doubt she only installed part of what i was supposed to get. The services here are horrible and the hair she sells is a scam.

I really had my high hopes for this place but today it went to a totally “ Not coming back” Just got my lashes done with a tech that I believe is a beginner. First off I always show the lash tech the style I want and this case I showed her the classic style I wanted didn’t followed the picture so she decided to do whatever style she was comfortable with . Stayed there for an hour half for a horrible ending , my eyelash look like a 5 year old did it , bad blend , lashes glued to my skin and within 2 hrs some were falling off without touching it and for $130!! Save your money instead and go somewhere else . Call them , emailed them to get it fix with someone else but it looks like they don’t have more lash techs so I refuse to get it fix with the same person . Asked for refund instead cause I’m afraid for my eyes to get more damaged but there wasn’t a manager in the building to speak with ! I hope I get my refund back soon!!!!

Nana is amazing, professional, clean. Got a Brazilian and she make me feel extremely comfortable, talk to me during the whole process. Did my eyebrows too. 100% recommended 💜

I cannot recommend Nbeauty enough - I went here a few times for my Brazilians and had the best experience. I moved out of the area and I’m so sad because this place had the best employees, an incredible atmosphere and amazing prices. If you’re in the Ardmore area - you NEED to check them out!

First, I called at 11:45am and was fit in an appointment at 2pm. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from every staff member. I was in at 2pm and out before 5pm. My hair was washed, deep conditioned and braided down. Oh, I didn't mentioned that a wig was customer colored for me while my natural hair was being treated. The unit fit like a glove on my head. The hair felt so soft. Everyone was so professional and just overall had good energy. I will be returning.

I am new to the Philadelphia area and have been on the hunt for a great stylist for months. I called on a Saturday morning and was told I could be seen. I asked detailed questions and was assured several stylist would be able to complete the cut. I went and was greeted my the lovely Miss cookie! Great personality and very welcoming. I would not be back however because I have short hair and the style didn’t even last a day lol. A total waste money. I did like the atmosphere!!!! Short hair ladies don’t come here. Weaves yes!!!

I got an extended ponytail! I can not say enough about Rochelle!!! I loooooove her and only met her this one time! She’s the little sister I wish I had! She took her time and slayed my hair and all I got was a simple ponytail. I will be returning. Not only did she do a great job but she had good conversation and I could relate to her! That’s RARE! I will be a returning client FOR SURE! ❤️

I was a 1st time customer and my natural hair was in need of some TLC. Cookie did an amazing job on my hair and gave me a style I could actually maintain. (Thank you). I love my cut. I also got lash extensions and Mynke did a beautiful job. I will definitely be back!

They cancelled my appointment because the stylist was sick .At first someone called me regarding a refund of the deposit and I told them that I will call back to rebook when the stylist isback.I have called on numero occasions and left messages and no one has gotten back to me.

I got my hair “finger waved” 7/31/20 and from the time I got home the back was falling today is 8/2/20 and my waves look like I had them in a full 7days all ready. Clearly the stylist that did my hair did not specialize in doing finger waves. $50 down the drain. I just wished she would have said this is not something she does often .

The young lady that did my hair was very pleasant, however my 360 lace wig, which she kept telling me was not a 360 lace, was not installed correctly. They can keep their hair and their business I hate Philadelphia.

From the time I walked through the door to the moment I grabbed my coat to leave, I was given the best customer service. The entire staff is very warm and professional. Naeemah did an amazing job on my pixie cut. I absolutely loved my hair and received so many compliments on the style. This shop comes highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience at Nbeauty. The owner was very nice and down to earth. I went for mink express lashes and they look very natural. I will be back and for some dramatic eyelashes next time :) It was super easy to book online, which was convenient and they offer a plethora of services

All I say is wow! I purchase the Nbeauty Shampoo and Conditioning package, I used it on my natural hair for the first time. Usually I use it on my weave hair, because it will bring your bundles back to life! exspecially if you’ve bleach and colored it. But as I was saying My hair is very damaged, from several coloring processes. How ever I used the shampoo which is very creaming and makes your hair very soft. Then I used the conditioner which is a miracle worker, my hair was shedding badly and I put the conditioner in and sat under the dryer for 15mins.. when I washed my hair out there was NO MORE SHEDFING AT ALLLL! And my hair was the softest it’s ever been in years.. It felt sooo silky. I’m so thankful for this Product I will continue to use this product for now on...

I love the atmosphere here. It's my second family and Cookie is my stylist and has been for 15 years. She is the best and goes out of her way to make sure I am happy! Nyema the owner is a hair innovator also with her own products called Nbeauty hair care. I even brought my mother, aunt, and cousin here to get serviced. Come here for all your needs even make up!

Today I took my daughter here to get her hair done in feed in braids ( black & pink), this was our first time being here. I loved how my daughter's hair turned out, it was a pleasant experience for the both of us. Will be coming again!

I had went to Nbeauty as a hair model for their hair show a couple months ago. Everyone in there was so nice. I had this one woman (I can't remember her name) but she dyed my hair this really pretty purple color that I love. Then I had Miss Cookie that styled my hair and I just want to say she did such an amazing job. I was in love with my hair and I was in love with experience I had there. I would definitely recommend going there and seeing Miss Cookie or Naeemah they're both amazing.

Love the salon and staff. I have been going there for about 3 years and I've never had one bad experience. My hair has grown and flourished! They specialize in a variety of services from weaves to braids but they don't neglect your own hair in the process! Give them a try, you won't regret it!
