As one who has had professional facials for decades, I can highly recommend a custom facial by Shelli at NCD Skin. The treatment was designed for my needs; sensitive, aging skin. Many days later, my skin still has a clarity I've not seen in a long time. I visited from away and will come back any time I am in the MWV area. Thank you Shelli. My visits with Shelli are always effective, professional, informative, and absolutely enjoyable! She’s improved the way my skin looks and feels, and has successfully removed my unwanted body hair. I tried using a handheld IPL unit at home. Shelli’s IPL system works 100 times better and faster. Shelli and the rest of the NCD staff are the best. I look forward to every appointment!

NCD Skin & Dental is an incredible organization. Everything is thought about. From the aesthetic of the offices, cleanliness, and most importantly customer engagement and care. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and conversational (which is not common). Everyone makes you feel cared about and heard. Dr. Paul and his lovely assistants are passionate about what they do. I also want to point out Dr. Paul is very intentional about slowing down and being present with his patients. It is refreshing and something I look forward to! This business is run with excellence.

I have been receiving treatment at NCD Skin in North Conway for the last few months. My first visit was an evaluation and Shelli set up my treatment plan to help reduce the brown spots or sun spots on my face. Along with in office treatments Shelli set me up with products to use at home that continue to work between treatments. My results have been AMAZING!!! My skin is much healthier, feels smoother and overall makes me look younger!! Shelli is very knowledgeable about skin care and is extremely professional. The office is very pleasant and clean. I highly recommend Shelli to anyone looking to improve the health and appearance of their skin.

Above & Beyond! I have been suffering with Migraines for a while. They have steadily been getting worse, and therefor affecting my work & home life. I have been doing all my readying, making changes at home, and I was worried about talking to someone about Botox. I have to tell you, Dr. Schoenback & his wife Shelli Schoenback are a DYNAMITE TEAM! They met me that very day, after hours, and spent over an hour with me. Going over everything answering ALL my questions, and just being these amazing souls. I have always felt that the universe puts people in your path for a reason, and I have to say, I am SO THANKFUL that it put them in mine. I still have a long road to my migraine free life, but I am so #BLESSED to know that there is people out there like Shelli and Dr. Schoenback to assist along the way. If you need any services from them, whether it's dental or for NCD Skin, they are worth it. The office it BEAUTIFUL. You walk in and a calm feeling just envelops you. They have a FANTASTIC staff. All smiling and welcoming. The NCD Skin room, is tranquil and feels like a warm hug. You can just sit back and relax in the BIG heated chair. If you are lucky, you'll get to meet their Golden Doodle Beau. It's like being welcomed into the family. Hello everyone! I have never been one to leave a review in anything, I keep my opinions to myself, for the most part. But today was my follow up/ touch up appointment to finish up my lips. I looked forward to going both times, for obvious reasons. But after meeting Dr. Paul and Shelly the first time, I could not wait to go back! They are a great dynamic duo! They have a wonderful and very natural way of making you feel like you have known them forever! They are awesome people!! And the work they did on my lips speaks for itself!! I had a great experience with Suzanne Tourangeau at NCD skin. I went in for a consultation for my acne breakouts and she recommended a three part chemical peel process using the PCA skin product line. She was very attentive to my progress throughout the 9 week process (three peels, each three weeks apart) which also came with a box of their products to use at home. Suzanne is very knowledgeable and gave me detailed instructions on how to care for my skin in between the appointments (which products to use and when, etc.) which I followed and definitely noticed a difference in my skin. Overall my skin was softer and tighter, and most important to me was that my acne calmed down and my breakouts resided. Each appointment was productive for my skin and also was relaxing! I highly recommend!

I had the skin classic treatment for sebaceous hyperplasia and I have always been embarrassed about how I look. Lots of bumps all over my face made me feel self conscious that everyone was looking at them. After my first treatment I was amazed at how my face looks so much smoother. I cried when I was completely healed. You do go through a healing process but it's not painful at all. I cannot wait for my next appointment. Shelli is a miracle worker and I can't say enough good things about her. Thanks Shelli you are the best.

I have recently received lip filler at NCD skin and I am beyond satisfied with my results. My consult made me feel very comfortable and confident with my decision to get lip fillers as I was a bit nervous with my decision at first. I explained how I wanted them to stay natural but I needed to add to the corners to give my lip a fuller look and Dr. Schoenbeck used 1 syringe of filler and did exactly what I was looking for. He exceeded my expectations!!!

I have struggled with acne since I was 12. I was very skeptical about trying something different because I have tried SO many things to help my skin. I've even seen dermatologists and nothing has helped. Shelli was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and didn't make me feel embarrassed. She was able to recommend personal treatments and at home care that was specific for me and best of all its actually working!! I'm blown away that something is finally helping my skin. I’ve been seeing Shelli at NCD skin for a over a year now and my skin has never looked better! During my consultation Shelli listened to my concerns and the goals I had for my skin. She suggested a series of chemical peels to help with my acne and scaring and like I said my skin looks amazing now! I love that she is constantly introducing new and exciting services at her spa. I recently has my eyelashes tinted and lifted and all I have to say is I wish i listened to her sooner! My lashes look amazing! Love NCD and the services they provide. My skin has never looked better and my eyelashes are amazing! Based on Shelli’s recommendations, I started to use the PCA product line they carry. I now use everything in the PCA family- cleanser, toner, eye cream, moisturizer and serums. I absolutely recommend the product line. I have always been self conscious when it came to my face and have hid behind layers of foundation. After my consultation I knew my concerns were heard as Shelli took the time to get to know my needs/wants. I now receive many compliments on my skin and no longer have to hide behind the layers of foundation. There are so many different services offered that I highly recommend having at least a consultation with NCDSkin and seeing what they can do for you.
