I’ve been a client of Sara’s for many years and I Will Not let anyone else color my hair in my opinion she is so talented and knows exactly what she’s doing. You Will Not go wrong by having Sara color your hair!!! Her experience, and her love for people shows in her work!! Where she goes in life I will follow!!! You don’t get better!!! This is now my second haircut with Carter. After going to the same salon for many many years I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after these last two haircuts, I am completely obsessed. My hair has never felt or looked better.

Jenny is sweet but she botched my hair. I asked for copper with dimension. I showed pictures. Somehow went in with red hair and left with mostly cool toned brown hair with balayage. Not sure how this happened. She tried fixing it and it was still cool toned! I was there for 3+ hours and wasn’t offered a discount. I was offered an appointment in two weeks to get it fixed. I came back two weeks later and it’s warm toned but still not even close to the copper color I showed her. I spent over $300 and 5 hours of my time (not including the 2 hour round trip TWICE) to get my hair done incorrectly. Majorly disappointed. I tipped her well each time and feel bad for her because she seemed confused too. Neatbeat, if you are going to have such high prices you need quality cosmetologists who have experience and know what they’re doing.

This was the best salon experience I have ever had. From the neck massage in the beginning to the heated eye mask and hand/arm massage while the glaze was on my hair. It was amazing!!!! Jenny did such a great job!

I had an amazing experience. You come in and get a neck massage. Then they wash your hair blow it out and cut it. They give you a hand massage and a warmer on your eyes. It’s so relaxing. Hannah, my stylist was so sweet and kind and I felt very comfortable talking to her and explaining to her what I wanted. I loved it here. Everything was great and I love my hair. Thank you so much

Lacy has done a phenomenal job with my extensions and explaining the care instructions for them. She is super sweet and caring, always making sure that I’m doing okay and nothing is too tight or looses or nothing is being snagged. We always have great conversation as well. I’m always greeted with smiling and happy faces. The salon is beautiful and very relaxing. I highly recommend 🥰

Lacy was great, and the services were wonderful. The prices were higher than expected (and unfortunately, a bit more than I could regularly afford) but understandably so with the level of expertise, services offered, and care taken. My nit-picky daughter could not have been happier - I think she took about 150 selfies yesterday! 😁

My first time at the salon and I was not disappointed! Of course I love Sarah, have been going to her for about 12 -13 years. Everyone else I met though, extremely nice and so so welcoming! Em was great and very helpful in making my future appointments!!

I had a great experience, both stylists I’ve had have been very helpful and nice! I had long hair for the longest time and I finally recently got it cut short. She helped me out of my comfort zone and made sure I loved my cut! Also a really cute place :)

Loved it the first couple of times but in the last four months, not so much. Started with fair prices which included the tip and now they’ve raised prices and have “TIP” where signature is required. I can afford a decent amount for a haircut with tip included but not now! Now I hesitate to go bc I can’t afford fifty sixty dollar haircut but add a twenty percent tip on there is not worth it. And you feel judged at the desk if you put a smaller amount. So, I’m kinda of back to square one looking for a good cut with decent price. Not judgemental either would be great!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon!! I called on a Thursday wanting to completely change my hair before attending a wedding that Saturday. Emily was so sweet and got me set up with Hanna for Saturday afternoon. Hanna was absolutely amazing!!!! I was blown away with her attention to detail and knowledge about all things hair. I haven’t cut or dyed my hair in YEARS and I’ve always used the same two hairstyles. It’s extremely nerve wracking going to someone new, but she knocked it out of the park!! I’m so thankful I found this place!

I had a great experience at Neatbeat! Hanna was my hair stylist and she did an amazing job! I was really nervous because I got bangs and have never gotten them before but I absolutely loved how they turned out! I showed her some inspo pictures and she gave her input about what would look good with my face/hair type and all of that. She listened to what I wanted as well as gave me some great tips for what would look good for my hair! She was also super sweet and easy to talk to. Will definitely be going back to her again for my future haircuts.

This was my first time at NeatBeat and Hanna made my hair look awesome. Normally, I hate trying new hair cuts, bc it never looks how it does on other people. Today, I tried a new hair cut at a new salon and ended up really pleased. I will definitely be back for my complimentary bang trim and my next cut.

This was my first time going to Neatbeat and this is now my new hair salon that I’ll be going to until I die. Carter was AMAZING!! I explained to her the look I wanted for my cut and she crushed it the first try. Service was 10 out of 10 and the complimentary drinks and massages were the cherry on top. I can’t wait to go again!!
