I don’t know why my review was dropped, I have give this place over $1000 for brows, microchanneling, eyelashes. She pulled out my lashes so now they don’t grow right. One eye brow was way off and not the same as the other, so at the touch up I got random lines closer together that make no sense in a different color, and I just look so awful I could die. I deeply regret coming here and every one I recommended. Let’s not forget the scar tissue cause by inaccurate slicing over and over on the left one. Now I’m at $2000 having skin shaved, laser removal and after months of healing, re blading.

Got a lash lift and tint done after years of contemplation and finally went ahead with it. So glad I decided to finally do so. Mine lasted approximately 8-10 weeks and I’ve gone back and had the service done again I was so happy with the results. I have long lashes, but they are incredibly straight and some even grow downwards towards my eyes so this was a game changer for me. I would highly recommend! The staff is so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. If you are considering I would say do it! You won’t regret it

I love my new eyebrows! Ms. Neeta is so sweet and she did a fantastic job at a price point that was within my budget. She took the time necessary to make them look natural and shaped them to fit my face. I really struggled with my facial aesthetics especially after losing my hair, lashes, and eyebrows during chemo last year. I’m so glad I found Ms. Neeta to help restore my look and get my confidence back. ❤️

I had my wedding coming up and wanted to try and look my best, even for the days around my wedding. Neeta did a lash lift and tint, and Breeanna did my brow waxing and brow tinting. This was 10 days before my wedding as I went on my last day here, leaving the next day to go out of state to where my wedding would be held. I think I all looked great all the way through! It was also very relaxing!

I visited Ms. Neeta for eyebrow tint a few weeks ago. I liked it so much I returned for her to do micro blading. I’m on day 12 after service and everything is looking exactly how I wanted it to. Very natural and pretty. So glad I did this for myself.!

Edit: Update: Ms. Neeta has given me the refund last night and did everything to solve my issue! I’m Glad everything worked out at the end:) I really am not the type to leave reviews at all but i do want to make this aware for others. I went Tuesday to get a lash lift and tint, everything looked okay. Wednesday morning, my lashes some lashes looked straight already which was odd since the lift is supposed to last 6 weeks or so. I contacted Neeta and she said she was going to give a me a refund and that she was sorry. She said she was going to issue the refund this evening and she didn’t! I feel like she’s avoiding me lol Anyways, the first time i got a lift here my lashes looked wayyy different and way better and it actually lasted the amount of time they said it would. i’m disappointed on how they turned out and the lack of customer service. Not to mention my lashes look even straighter today and clumped up. It hasn’t even been 3 full days and my lashes look like the lift is on its last days rather than just getting it done. Good luck to whoever gets one and I hope you don’t have the same experience as I did!

My honest opinion, Nena Lash spa is the best in Baton Rouge by far, I’ve had some of the best experiences there, They are not too many places that’s welcoming when you arrive. Everyone’s nice and very patient. I’ve had my share of lash techs Back in the days I will give a licensed lash tech a chance In a heartbeat! Ever since I’ve been going to Neeta’s spa I haven’t been anywhere else. Everything is perfect. I can actually tell anybody that it’s a one stop that’s all spot. You can get your lashes done. Your eyebrows wax are threaded and tinted plus plenty facials of your choice. don’t take my word for it give it a try I promise you’ll thank me later! ❤️

Myself and my entire Bridal Party, including the groom came here to get everyone picture ready before the big day. The owner and her staff did an amazing job organizing everything. I didn't want a one size fits all spa package. Neeta understood that everyone's skin is different and so would all need different treatments and services. Needless to say everyone left with glowing baby smooth skin. I was also really impressed with all the high end treatments.Highly recommend!!!

Layla is my lash tech and I’ve never been somewhere that’s so spot on! My lashes look natural but long, full, and beautiful. They last longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Also got my brows laminated and tinted recently by Neeta and they were so beautiful.

Neeta is the best at threading and providing consults on skin care. And Daisha's facials are heavenly. My monthly visits are the best "me" time of my dreams!
