10/10 The girls were extremely attentive. I got a keratin treatment and my eyebrows tinted and I am beyond satisfied! My hair is very curly and thick. And my eyebrows are very thin with barely any hair. I feel transformed. I will be back. Thank you ladies for your hospitality and time.

I found this salon online. I was looking for a Hispanic salon that could do a wash and set and a trim. I did not get a wash and set, she just blow dried my hair. Normally stylist only do blow dry for a “wash and set” if the client is in a hurry and can’t sit under a dryer. Nelly was my stylist I thought she did a great job. My hair turned out good I thought it looked great. My only other comment that sort of turned me off was I got a phone call about 2 hrs later saying they charged me incorrectly and I needed to pay more. Now I’m not one for arguing or confrontation I went ahead and paid because I did receive the service. This did not make me happy and I think they should have just accepted their mistake instead of calling and asking me for more money. Overall I was happy with the service but not what I expected to happen.

I have been going to Katherine at Nelly Styles for years! She is excellently professional with clients while creating a welcoming environment to satisfy their every need. I can always count on her to achieve exactly what my vision is for my next hair dream, and she consistently accomplishes the desires I communicate. I would recommend this salon for both hair and wax needs, they never let me down!

Love this place. Katherine and Barbara do an amazing job. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school. I’m 26 now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are very professional. Beautiful cuts, color and blow drys. I’ve also done conditioning treatments here and I’m always pleased with my results.

I was suppose to get my hair wash and blow dry but didn't have enough time bcuz I have an interview by 4:00. So I only ask for just straighten it for me and they said that was fine. At the end I have to pay $45.00 just to straighten it. I mean it wasn't even wash or blow dry. I was really shock when they told me it cost $45.00!!! I didn't have the time to fuss with them. I was too in a hurry for my interview. I was there last week, spend $450.00 for extension, blow dry, styles and all of that! I tip them $50.00 on top of that and here they over charged me just for straighten $45.00!!!! I will never go back again!

I thought the style I got at Nelly's was amazing. I recieved so many compliments. I had taken in a picture and Nelly was able to reproduce the style perfectly.
