Les doy una 1 porque no admiten menos - 1. Este sábado 2:50pm EST en la puerta me atendió la encargada una señora con pocos modales en la puerta , ni buenas tardes dijo ! Este salón me lo recomendaron unas amigas pero ellas no saben lo rudos . La señora SOLO DIJO "ajá dígame ! . Yo no sabía sus horarios . Y le pregunté disculpe ya están cerrando ? .. pues si y yo estaba con mi PERRITO "de servicio " y lo primero que me dijo es aquí no aceptamos perros . EN NINGUNA PARTE DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO LO DICE . No hay ningún mensaje que diga eso . Por otra parte mi perrito es de SERVICIO ! . La mujer me dijo a no se , no aceptamos . Y le dije Sra averigüe la ley y me dijo no lo sabía . Aparte de ser unfriendly tiene un establecimiento en un estado y ciudad que no sabe lo que es un animal de servicio y los privilegios que tenemos quienes los tenemos . Sra si no acepta IDENTIFÍQUELO . Y sea amable .. aprenda la Ley . TENGO TODAS LAS CREDENCIALES. Sra aquí le dejo lo que le recomiendo se aprenda las leyes como dueña o encargada de NEGOCIO .. En Florida, Estados Unidos, los establecimientos están obligados a aceptar animales de servicio según la Ley de Estadounidenses con Discapacidades (ADA, por sus siglas en inglés). Esta ley establece que los animales de servicio, como perros guía, deben ser permitidos en todos los lugares públicos, incluyendo restaurantes, tiendas y transporte público. Los establecimientos no pueden negar el acceso a una persona con discapacidad que esté acompañada por un animal de servicio... la discriminación No es aceptable !

i’m a 13 year old girl and i’m really REALLY scared of getting haircuts because of my anxiety. i was forced to go and this salon gave me the best cut in my life. the staff was incredibly nice and the man cutting my hair seemed to know what he was doing very well. they definitely gained a new customer🤭!!!!!!!!! GO TO THIS SALON!!! ITS AWESOME!

Simplemente espectacular! Tengo años yendo y no las cambio x nada!!es un ambiente súper familiar! Mis primas van mi hija desde pequeña también va y la consienten mucho!! Todas un Amor! Y el profesionalismo y calidad incomparable!!! Recomendado al 1000% ( ( y Silvana la mejor para los Rubios!!!!

The ONLY place I go for a haircut and get some color because it is the BEST! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! Silvana always does a perfect job and leaves me looking like a star! Highly recommend this place!!

A hairstylist that loves what she does super passionate . All staff love what they do and are all willing to make you feel relaxed and happy with your request. Best to book an appointment. Manicurist are excellent never had a bad experience at this location !
