I called the salon asking how much will they charge to braid my hair down the girl told me $10 …after getting my hair braided I get to the register they charged me $80 ten dollars per braid …never again lost a customer over charging blacks

Every time I go for touch up relaxer or wash and treatment she tells me a different price, I’ve had really bad experience with the owner I don’t go there anymore. They charge you by the look like how you show to the salon . I don’t recommend this,it’s horrible!!

I came and got a wash and treatment not my first time getting one but it’s my first time going to this place. It’s only been 1 month since I’ve been there my hair is gone, I have heat damage it took me almost a year to grow out my hair now it’s shedding Nd it looks devastating I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go here.

All the good reviews from this salon had to come from close friends and family members. I showed Nelsy a photo and ask if she knew how to do it and she said yes. After sitting down and getting my hair completed it looked nothing like the photo. As a matter of fact it looked worse I'm never going back there again. Please don't respond by telling me how sorry you are just do better.
