Jess is hands down the best stylist I’ve ever been to!!! She is so warm and welcoming, incredibly talented, and the best color girlie out there. Had my appt in January and my blonde has been BLONDE since. She listens to everything you are wanting and will make you look amazing. Not to mention her suite is the CUTEST. Jessica has been my go to hair stylist since moving back home to Chicago, I refuse to go anywhere and will follow her anywhere she goes. She is the sweetest person I have ever meet and her salon is a judgement free zone. I first came to her with previously damaged hair due to a bad at home bleaching (YIKES on my end), she took amazing care of my hair and the results turned out even better than I could have imagined. The only stylist I trust with fashion colors. Jess always has amazing and unique ideas to take my hair to the next level while keeping it super healthy. There is a science to hair color and she knows it. Women in STEM!!!!! Her space is so cute, with coffee and cookies and other fun treats available. I had the absolute most amazing experience at Neon Beauty Room with Jessica S. ! She did these bright beautiful roots and was so kind, welcoming, and fun! Neon Beauty Room is an amazing addition to the area. The two owners are welcoming, listen well to client’s wants and needs and never fail to deliver amazing color, cuts and nail. You will not be disappointed. I have been a client now for 2 years. Service just keeps getting better and better.

I have been going to see Jess Ess for a little over a year now, and I am absolutely in love with her work and professionalism! Every time I leave an appt with Jess she ensures I am happy with my look and I always leave feeling absolutely beautiful and confident. If I am unable to put into words the type of look I am trying to achieve, Jess always helps me finds the words I am looking for, and she is often able to even read my mind lol. I love her so much and will continue to see her for many more years!!!!
