I tried Neon Nails because it was right down the street from home but I wouldn’t go again. The young guy at the front desk had a weird demeanor and you would think my walking in to the salon ruined his day or something. Not a smile not a hi . He looked miserable. Don’t know what I did other than coming as a walk in and politely asking if they had time for a walk in pedicure. I’m not gonna bother to write a novel here but it was just weird vibes . I got a gel pedicure. The technician was good and very nice but the massage was literally the shortest massage I’ve ever had with a pedicure service, maybe a minute per leg. When I went to pay the front desk guy had someone else who walked in and he had a very friendly and welcoming attitude towards that customer, even offered her a drink. I’ll just stick to the place I usually go,

The gentleman, who was my pedicure technician, tried to care for both my feet at the same time. He would not let me soak one foot while he worked on the other. I asked him twice, and he said no to "just wait." 10 minutes into the pedicure, he let the water out out of the tub without allowing, but a few minutes soak time. I reminded him I paid extra for callous removal. He said he already did it. I said that it was exactly the same as the regular pedicure in terms of time and intensity, nothing extra. He said, "Well, I used a different product." In twenty minutes, my pedicure was completely done. I paid 10 extra for the list of extras . I tried to talk to the front desk about it. They told me that generally, "females were better than males at giving pedicures." They still charged me the full amount. I told them my sister would be back, but I never will be. The girl who did my sister pedicure (LA) started my sister's pedicure five minutes before my pedicure began and continued on for 30 minutes after mine finished. She was a real pro!! LA made sure of every single detail making sure my sister's feet soaked well enough, making sure they were clean in every detail, and using the gel for the callouses that I did not get even though I paid for it. LA was outstanding. It was hard enough to come up with the money for this procedure. I did try talking to the technician, but the final clintcher was how the front desk handled my concern. When I try a new pedicure facility. I always look at the stars and the reviews. What I realized today is that if there is a 5 star review, it's just for that particular technician, It does not really cover every single technician in the same establishment. Therefore, two people can have a completely different outcome at the same establishment. My sister is over the moon with the care her technician gave. I feel I wasted money. Money, that was very hard for me to come by. If you go to neon nails salon, ask for LA and steer completely clear from an older man who wore glasses. He is not committed to the job, and she is completely committed

Mom's regular nail tech was out on vacation so she saw Julie. Mom is 94 years old and Julie was very sweet, caring, and gentle with mom and she left happy with Julie and the service she provided.

We just moved to this area, prior nail technician had done my nails for 12 years. I chose this nail salon based on reviews. MJ did a fill on my ombre pink/white acrylics. He did a great job considering he was “matching” my prior technicians work. I made another appointment for a complete ombre’ pink/white with him for next time.

Worse experience. Pedicure was worse then me doing my self they try to fix. My nails look like mountains. Will not go back.

It was ok. Very fast for getting one of their pricier packages. The callous was barely touched in the back or bottom. Usually the wax leaves your foot glistening and soft and it lasted like 2 minutes. The massage was non existent. Super quick. Barely got to enjoy the hot stone. The customer service was great but the overall experience was nothing great. I have gotten more thorough pedicures for less. I tipped well because of the customer service not the quality of the pedicure.

This was my first time at this salon. David did my builder gel refill and Nancy did my pedicure. Both did a great job, were friendly, and efficient. I would recommend either tech. The salon was consistently busy while I was there, but still had a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment so you know you're able to get in.

Very clean! I was a walk-in. Had a sugar scrub gel pedicure by Chin. He was very good, esp skillfully removing my ingrown toenail, I didn't feel a thing! 😅

Tim does an awesome job on my nails every time . And he's quick. He does then just the way I like them. The team here is very nice. The weekend is very busy. I recommend making an appointment.

Awesome place, this is my favorite nail salon in Fresno, for pedicure & manicure. The attention is always on point, they greet you when you walk in to your appointment, you can schedule it online and it’s easy. They offer you drinks on the house anywhere from Vietnamese coffee to mimosas. I am a regular here.
