Went in after being referred to a barber and he was behind and sat me in someone else’s seat. The cut I received is NOT crisp, I do better at home. I got the most basic $50 cut in my life. my line up is ass and my length is uneven. It’s not what I came for. I asked for a mid fade at 2 with a part (the shannon sharpe). That’s not what I got. I got a low fade with hedge work. It was so bad at the end, he said I wish I could do enhancement, that I declined at the beginning (I always decline). He had no skills. No razor finish at the end and my line is not sharp. Very disappointed. I showed him a picture of myself from my haircut with zero enhancements a month ago he couldn’t do it. And if you are looking at the pictures saying that’s not that bad. I asked him to fix the line and cut my hair lower. It was worse. The shop is charging professional pricing for a low end experience.

Friend recommended and they did not disappoint, my boys got a great haircut from Ricky. They made me promise I wouldn’t take them to cost cutters ever again!

Great barbershop, staff is awesome and will make sure you don't leave disappointed. Pricey yes but you get a great cut and beard clean up / shaping / trim.

Neons is Top Notch. Everything about this place, from the look, the feel, the customer service. I've been getting my haircut here for almost two years and won't go anywhere else. Bray has always had me looking my best!

amazing barber shop! my kiddos go here with their dad, but my nephew needed a cut BAD and needed tips on how to style his very fluffy coarse hair, Bray did an AMAZING job! my nephew looks like a WHOLE different kid now! can't recommend them enough! checkout the before and after pics!

I called 2 hrs before to see if there was a wait for walking. I spoke with the lady and she looked to see what was next and mentioned 4:15, I said I'll take that n see you then. I arrived 10 mins early. Alil confusion at first but then I went to see the lady I was talking too. She was with a client when I walked in the door. When she said it will be awhile, I didn't expect to wait for longer than 20 mins. I just needed a simple haircut. The fact that I called ahead, to just ask. I would expect that I get worked on since the lady made my appointment for 4:15pm. *****PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, THEY WILL WASTE YOURS***** JUST PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!

No point in booking an appointment if they're going to completely skip over you to take someone else. I can understand going a few minutes past the appointment time, but to skip you is completely unprofessional. Especially after it was let known that an appointment was booked. Won't return here.

10/10 loved it here. It’s such a fun salon and Annamarie did such a good job on my hair! I used to box dye my hair and I’ve had every color you could think of in my hair and she was able to make it look so good. Definitely recommend.

Holly did an AWESOME job cutting my hair!! Definitely not a traditional barbershop haircut. She paid attention to detail, and style. Using her scissors ontop and razor/ clippers on sides. Blending my hair nicely. THANKS HOLLY!!! I will be back.

I could literally gush over Neons all day. These people are literally incredible! Strong barbers, modern techniques, and fair pricing. The owners do so much good in the community with their annual backpack drive cuts for smiles and they are just so kind. I hands down recommend Neons!

The prices can seem a bit steep, but the atmosphere is awesome, the people are cool and chill. And they take their time ensuring your hair looks good. Do yourself a favor and spend 10 more bucks at neons and get a quality cut.

This place is legit! All barbers are very professional. Cleanliness is definitely not a problem here. The barbers constantly have that place looking great including their clippers. Highly recommend this place

This was the 4th salon I've been to in the last 2 years trying to achieve the same hair color/style that all salons failed to do and I can finally say I found a salon who truly listened. I cannot for the life of me remember the lady who did my hair (may have been Hannah, I'm horrible with names) but she worked miracles! Listened to exactly what I wanted and how I want it cut. Everything came out perfect. Incredible time management, im usually at one appointment for 6+ hours and she cut that time in half. Completely chill environment, I felt relaxed and knew every song that they played. They treat and talk to you like you literally work there with them. I will be back. Truly amazing experience, I'd give it 10/5 ⭐️'s if I could!! ❤️❤️❤️

Went a few months ago and all i can say is never let "Jersey" touch your hair... I asked for a mullet faded into an undercut with my hairline preserved and he literally trimmed the back of the mullet with scissors and then lined me up and pushed back my hairline, giving me something resembling a Mohawk. I was nice and left but I immediately went to Flashbacks down the road to get it fixed. Definitely felt ripped off for $50. Also, they will not contact you or try to remedy a terrible cut.
