I got my Japanese straightening treatment with Jennifer and it was the best decision ever. Her and Joseph are truly talented and take time to learn about your hair and know what is best for you. My hair has never been this healthy and soft. They are so genuine and make the time there so fun. I can’t wait to come back for my retouch in a few months. Results don’t lie!!!

Simply put, Joseph is the best!!! Going to him for years from Delray Beach and he is so worth the drive and traffic! My hair is the worst most stubborn frizzy kinky hair and he makes it so soft and beautiful. He can’t ever retire!!! He spent 45 minutes talking to me on the phone about my hair even before my 1st appointment. Then he spent another 30 minutes at my first appointment listening to me and explaining what he would do. I had tried several hair salons in Boca Raton and spent lots of money (over $2000) in 2 years for my hair to look horrible. He worked with my hair patiently at every visit till he found the perfect Japanese straightening formula for my very resistant hair. And always offering a money back guarantee if I wasn’t happy. Now he does the pro-addiction hair straightening and it’s awesome! My daughter found Joseph and I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I got Japanese hair straightening done at Nero Hair Salon a few months ago, and I absolutely love the results! I also come here for conditioning treatments, and every time, my hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. Joseph takes his time with each client and really cares about the outcome. He is very knowledgeable and really takes his time with each and every client. Joseph and Jennifer are so genuine and always make me feel welcomed. If you're looking for a salon that truly puts clients first, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Joseph Nero is the only person I trust to straighten my hair. He always does a perfect job, and he's a total professional. I have never had any problems with him and will continue going to him every 3 to 4 months to get my hair truly straightened. Joseph was great, he explained every step as he was doing it, was extremely knowledgable and was so kind and pleasant to be with. He really took the time to test my hair and really underatand how much it can take as far as treatment type. So far I am loving the results. Would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely experience! I moved recently from Mexico and I was looking for a place where I could feel comfortable, and I think I found it, it’s close to my place, the attention from the staff was amazing 🤩, I’m really bad with names I think was Melissa but definitely Mrs Alvarez made me feel like home, she was so patient with me and explain me everything about the products and services. If i could give this business more than 5 stars, i would do it without hesitation. Joseph, owner of Nero Hair salon, is extremely professional, provides the best service experience ever, understand his clients needs, will always make sure that you feel happy with his work and is an amazing human being. If you are serious about your hair and service, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Joseph at Nero Hair salon and his team of great professionals and wonderful people. Im lucky that I found Joseph right after my 6 years hairdresser canceled my appointment a day before by text message and stating that she will no longer do the process called Lisio (Japanese Straightened) Things happen for a reason and this time is definitely for better. I have been going to Nero Hair Salon now for two (2) years. Ever since I did Japanese Straightening there I feel like I was born with straight hair. It had been years since my hair looked so good and I look much younger with straight hair! I recommend them 100%!!!!!

From the moment I entered the salon and Joseph welcomed me, I felt I found the perfect place for my Japanese Hair straightening. His years of experience is what brought me in, but what blew me away during the consult was the time he invested in explaining the process but most of all his focus on improving my hair and how to accomplish that. I booked an appointment right then and there. I have to say my hair looks so amazing and feels so soft, I am super happy and he left me with instructions to increase the health of my hair moving forward. I highly recommend him and his salon and staff. So happy I found them.

Nero and his team are absolutely fabulous. What I love most though is their honesty. If they were greedy they would do a japanese treatment foe everyone that asks for one, but he actually cares about his clients and your hair. Definitely sticking to him. Also highly recommend their hair treatments outside of straightening, I feel the difference. Good people. Good hair care. Must visit!

The best hair salon I’ve been to in Miami! Joseph was so knowledgeable and passionate about my hair I have never felt more comfortable putting my hair in someone’s hands. I did the Japanese straightening and he told me what he was doing each step of the way and broke it down to the science. I felt really comfortable having someone who was so knowledgeable and precise, I love how he addressed my personal hair needs - it shows how much he cares about the integrity of his work.
